Robert is Robert, he must be free to dress as he wants and not how they want the fans. The best part about Rob is that he does not really matter what others think of him.
I hope Rob never get a stylist..he doesn't need to be all groomed and styled...that's what photoshoots and red carpet stuff is for, but "off duty" I hope he remains as careless and grounded as he seems to be..although I am sure his choice in clothing, shoes etc isn't excatly the cheapest brand lol.

The MTV shirt was not buttoned wrong - that was the style of the shirt, if you check the photos you can see the buttoning all lines up perfectly to hi syummy chest and the collar is inline.
