I am not sure if she is still Rob's favourite aunt. If memory serves right she is the one that sold the childhood pictures of Rob. If my aunt talked to National Enquirer (well, they wouldn't listen to her since I'm a little blogger but if they did listen) she would be off my Christmas "signed autograph" list.

Well, I see the Enquirer "spun" a fact here. I recall Rob saying pointedly in an interview that Rob's acting/modeling funds went to pay for school with his dad Richard promising to pay Rob back. Rob sounded hurt when he said his Dad didn't pay him back. I think the money point is moot now and there was no talk of Richard "cutting off" Rob. I think Richard was just trying to help Rob learn an important life lesson. Rob has quoted his father before in very positive ways and I think he was a good role model.
GOZDE~I completely agree with you about the Enquirer and Rob's fame-seeking Aunt. UGH. I said this before about the relative who gave up young pics of Rob...did she have his OK in advance of release? That's what I am curious to know.
Also, it is plain (if quoted correctly) that Auntie doesn't like Rob's dad and thinks he isn't up to snuff for Clare. Oh, brother! I think Rob looks like BOTH his parents equally. From what I've seen of Richard, Rob definitely got some of his appeal from him.
Sorry, I was distracted by how glorious he looks on that centre picture. Now what's all this CRAP about?!
The name "Nutley" seems appropriate for her. I can't imagine a "favorite" aunt talking to the media like that. Boooo. And, I know it's probably all a load of crap, but it just makes me love him even more. Go Rob!

Reading stuff like this always makes me so sad. As much as I want to know everything about Rob, I don't believe stuff like this. And for his family to sell him out is bad. I feel so deeply for him. I hope he can ignore it.

I saw the baby pictures but right from the start I was not happy about them being published. He was a cute baby but who would like their baby pictures being plastered all over the net. Its like your mother showing your baby pictures to your friends but on a much bigger scale and both situations are embarassing. XD

I am not willing to sell his Aunt down the river yet. It could be a one time friend and the NE is just saying it is his Aunt because it sounds like a credible source. Either way it is their family business.
I can not imagine selling out my nephew at any price. Maybe this person is just not media savvy.

I find this very troubling too. With having his freedom and anonimity taken from him to such an unimaginable degree, I just cannot fathom how anyone who knows him -and especially a family member- could contribute to more of it. If someone you loved suddenly found their world turned upside down as Rob's has been, wouldn't you do everything in your power to protect them? Not to expose them even more and especially knowing that he suffers from paranoia. I just don't understand (and paranoia is nothing to laugh at. If...IF it spirals out of control, it could lead to disaster for him)
This is such a betrayal of him. It's shameful is what it is. God, I wouldn't want to be famous for all the whiskey in Ireland.

I looked at the article for the same reason. Rob is one beautiful boy. Being a mom myself I am interested in the genetics that make up a person.
My heart 'aches for him that A family member would do that to him, that's why I guess I am willing to believe otherwise.
I am always torn about wanting to see pics of him because I feel it contributes to his unhappiness.
The NE is a total rag. I remember that Carol Burnett sued them and won. So I do not believe what they say.
