So here are some pictures from Sam's concert on saturday night. The concert was for a charity called the Gewa Project which works to improve the living conditions of people in rural Tibet.The source popsugar.com (thanks so much for the pics:)) makes comments that are implying Rob and Kristen are an item. But they also say: They were out to see Gewa Project, whose frontman is an old friend of Robert's and who have contributed to the movie soundtracks.

I'll be honest: My lustful little soul, which is covetous as a teenager, would like nothing more than to insert myself permanently beside RP.
But as an outwardly reasonable [unintelligible mumble]-year-old woman, I think it would be fantastic if he found someone WORTHY of him—and my standards are very, VERY high! :) She must be available, first of all, and preferably not someone he chooses merely because they're working together (and because he's too hounded by the public to be able to meet anyone else).
And, above all, she must possess the intelligence and sensitivity to be able to appreciate HIS intelligence and sensitivity (and talent, and versatility, and extraordinary beauty, etc.).
Obviously, I realize that RP doesn't know I exist, and that I have no influence upon his life. But for some baffling reason—and in many unexpected ways—he HAS affected my life positively, and if he can find someone who makes him happy, I hope I can be grown-up enough to take inspiration from this as well. :)

i checked the photos again- went to see what they have at popsugar as well... i can see why the on-lookers might have had the impression they were flirting-the pictures also give that impression, if you look at them under a microscope, or put judgement,,, but, come on, the reality is that they're 18 and 22- who doesn't remember what it was like- i was smiling to everyone in my 20s, and i wasn't even flirting- i was just young and happy...i hope nobody confronts me with such pictures and ask- was there something going on?? :-)
secondly, as much as i'd like for Rob to have someone, like Godze once wrote, out of selfish motives as a fan that wants to see all the films shot, and the onscreen chemistry still there...so, i HOPE there's nothing going between him and KStew in real life, because if/when on-set hookups end, it will just translate onscreen...

Ha ha...reading all the comments. I guess I would be a slut out at clubs because I'm always leaning into guys (sometimes putting my hand on their shoulder or back) to hear what the hell they are saying. Plus, my two best guy friends have danced with me at clubs, we've stood with our arms wrapped around each other, smooched each other on the cheek, etc. because we really love each other, just not in THAT way. People used to think we were all dating, but no. Not saying we didn't ever feel attraction for each other, but we knew we wouldn't be compatible romantically.
I continue to think it's awesome how much Kristen and Rob have bonded. My best friends have always been guys, and we have always been super-affectionate towards each other...even when I had a boyfriend or they had girlfriends. If a guy told me to drop my guy friends to date him, I'd give the guy a one-way ticket out the door. Relationships come and go but real friends stick around.

Kathy - Where in MN are you? I'm not going to college right now but will start up again in January. I teach at a college in the Twin Cities as an adjunct.
Twiheart - Summer off? Hell no! I start teaching 2 college classes mid-June 2 days/2 evenings a week, and I still teach two days a week at my full-time teaching job. Guess I didn't get the summer's off perk because I'm always teaching in the summer!!! :P

Hello everyone! I haven't posted here in a while but I had to say a couple of things.
1) Out of these pics my faves are #6 and #8; he looks amazingly happy.
2) I love Rob and I love Kristen just not together...nothing against either of them, again, I love them both. I just don't think they make a good match.
3) If I could hook Rob up with anyone (unfortunately, I'm taken) it would have to be with Melody Gardot. Google her--you'll love her for Rob, also.
I think as annoying as it is to have people say Rob & Kristen are together it is just as annoying when people say that Kristen has a boyfriend...or in Love with her bf. I think it's best not to comment on both possibilities because in reality both are possible...
Okay...getting sucked back in again...K having a boyfriend is fact for the time being. This is different than speculation. There has been no official declaration of anything different. Now whether or not she is in love with him...that is unknown, only assumed. On this site, most of us go with the facts that are stated because anything else would be speculation, and we don't want to do that. We just want to Robsess:)

Just an aside: For me, one of the unanticipated benefits of the Rob Effect (and learning the inspirational story of S. Meyer's road to publication) is that I have regained confidence in my own writing—and, after just three feverish weeks, I am 90+ pages into a novel manuscipt...three of whose characters—two teens, and one of their mothers—are smitten by RP!
Vampire Vixen - I see your point and it's true no one knows what is really in someones heart...I dunno it seems less intrusive to talk about KStew being in love with someone she has professed to be her boyfriend since she was 15.
Maybe it is ALL an invasion of privacy. Some how it seems different than looking at pictures of two people who say they are only friends and proclaiming them lovers.
I have my ideas about their chemistry, doing what is "right", following their hearts, how complicated the situation could be. It seems disrespectful to not take them at their word. I don't have any preconceived ideas about who is better for who. How could anyone know that?

We all see things in a different light. I have known many opposite-sex friends who have looked at one another with great affection (even appearing googly-eyed - my own opposite sex relationships included)but nothing going on. Who knows? I can't tell from pics or promotions. During promotions and photoshoots, they are selling a romance. That my opinion. We base our perceptions on our own feelings, intuitions and experiences. We should never turn our backs on that. Ever.
What I am sure about is that there is a great deal of affection between these two, and I hope they always keep in touch no matter what happens between them and/or to them. I'm not worrying about it because whatever the truth is, it will come out eventually as I see no reason for these two to hide anything. I think the majority of the fan base would be thrilled if they were together.
As for me, I ask you to please keep sharing your opinions. If people bash, I'll stick up for you! We don't have to agree, but I've got your back!!! :)

Reading back on some of the other posts and after some reflection, I am no one to say that Rob and Kristen shouldn't be together. It's just that when I hear Rob's interviews, I just picture him with someone who is a bit older than him not younger. That's just the vibe I get folks; don't hate on me. There's no doubt in my mind that Rob and Kristen are wonderful friends. How can you not be, working with a person so closely? However, other than a solid friendship, I just don't see it going any further, IMO.
Twiheart - Sarcasm noted. You know, my very best friend in high school and college was drooled on by any female I became friends with, but we never dated. Attraction, hell yes. But he would've made a terrible boyfriend. 25 years later, we're still the best of buds.

Whatever else they might have between them Rob and Kristen are sharing the eye of a storm - all the good and bad things that have befallen them since they became the new Romeo and Juliet.
Having one person who knows what you're going through makes for a very strong bond, whether it's a grieving experience or the bizarre position these two occupy in the eyes of the world. You can almost see the relief they feel when they've been struggling through the crazy fame thing alone, and finally come back together (as they did in Japan.) It's got to be a great comfort to have your support system back - even if it's just one other person who totally gets how you feel. I'm really glad they have each other for that, and that they're finding time to be happy.

I love the pics but with that a little saddness that everything they do is captured and posted online. They even were trying to read behind the looks putting in their STUPID comments. They actually looked like two people who enjoyed a friends band, NOTHING MORE.

Life is not a cookie-cut design... things are complicated. I know that I am not with my with the same guy I was with when I was 16... shit happens. Also, I am mature enough to know that all sorts of relationships exist... some less conventional than others... things are not Black & White but lots and lots of Grey...
When I say both views are annoying, I mean that we will never know for sure what the hell is going on. People can be honest or be lying through their teeth - who knows. But again, none of my business....and honestly If I were them I sure as hell would not go public with anything. Its crazy out there, look how nuts we get on the boards!
I hope Robert finds a girl who'll love him unconditionally, and strong, and beautiful in her own right. Yeah, an Angelina would fit Robert perfectly.
Kristen played Robert for a while there (and I think she still does, hanging around him, googoo-eying with him; but I forgive her, she's a young girl.) Robert's attitude towards her now is a "very caring friend".
