The picture looks to be taken in a restaurant, but it doesn't look like his meal had been served yet (from what we see of the corner of the table), it's at least good that it was done before/after any food was served?

Why not let the guy have some space, if you see him sitting at a table, leave him alone. Wait till he's done and leaves or goes outside. These people need to have a little respect.

Yeah, this is the guy we were talking about last night. He look crazy ass hell and Rob looked pissed. Rob has never looked pissed when taking a pic with a fan. Of course that rude bastard came up to him at the wrong time.
He looks like a jerk and should leave Rob eat that fuckin birthday dinner alone..He's too good..sweet Rob...with all the love and affection I've for him I'd never bother him that way, that night...

I like to see new pics of Rob, but to think that people do not leave him in peace at least on his b-day... Come on...
Aww... poor guy. I feel sorry that he is constantly being bothered for pictures... especially on his birthday :(
