While on a short break from shooting New Moon up in Vancouver, Rob met with Friday Night Lights and Hancock director Peter Berg, who's also set to direct another big screen adaptation of the sci-fi classic, Dune.
After the meeting it was straight to LAX where he returned to the set.

I saw a terrible video from X17 that was probably shot on the day when they shot these pictures... they follow him from there to the airport.
It was weird, I'm sure that he will choose to stay away from LA as often as possible if it's how it is there. At least it would be better for his mental health!

Pics I can deal with and fan videos but this video sounded too intrusive. If it is anything like the other paparazzi video I saw of Rob trying to get into a building, I am quite happy to say er..I can avoid watching this one.

I saw the pics, not the video, and even they made me sad. He looks worn out, poor baby. I said it earlier today, I truly hope he can find some time to relax,to keep his sanity. And I hope he is not lonely in all of this craziness.

Peter Berg was in "Chicago Hope", that medical drama (kinda like ER) quite a few years ago. He was a really good actor.
Not seen the video...but did they really ASK him that? I am stunned. Is there no limit to these paparazzi's invasion? Pics like that is well bad enough but these videos and THAT kind of question? And when we hear "shocking" reactions from celebs who attacks these paparazzi's..like what Keifer Sutherland allegedly being accused for headbutting someone, well it could be that this someone asked HIM a totally inappropriate question too and he just lost it. Not defending his action there if he is guilty but still a person can only take such invasion of their privacy SO much before they snap. ONe of these days Rob may just snap and do something that will cause a scandal for him, unless he really is strong enough to just shake it off and ignore the crazy stuff.

As much as I love looking at Rob photos like these make me sad. I hate that the poor guy has to walk around with his hood up everywhere he goes because he can't get an ounce of privacy. I hate that he can't even walk around someone's yard without having someone snapping photos of him. That must be so horrible. I would personally prefer to not have these intrusive paparazzi shots on the site even if it means I get less of him.

I hate X17, a couple of years ago they were practically responsible of causing a car accident which involved Orlando Bloom, they were on the scene and they showed specifically edited videos, that tried to allege that Orlando Bloom was drunk and caused the accident, when police was saying that he wasn’t. They also fallowed and harassed Britney Spears when she was at her worst and needed help, they would provoke her a lot by stalking her even more. Horrible pap media.. Mostly I don´t care about paps but when X17 gets a video, they are nasty shit.
Aside from the pap media where this pics came from, it is good to get news that Rob is meeting with someone like Peter Berg, he is an interesting filmmaker, I liked him as an actor as well.. I wonder if he is meeting with him because he is going to make the soundtrack for him, or another project??

How can you be surprised at disgusting paps? Doesn't everybody know they do disgusting stuff to try and get stars pissed off reactions, step on them, insult them whatever. And the worst and most of them would have to be in LA surely.
I'm just glad he's in Vancouver, for all that he's been snapped a lot he still seems to be able to relax and have some fun there.
He is THE hottest thing on the planet, not just in gorgeousness but in hits/goss/news, everybody wants him or a piece of him, producers/directors - everybody wants him.
So this crap comes with that, it seems sort of obvious he needs a cordon of security with the heat he's generating - however, rob being Rob, he's the kind that won't tolerate doing that security crap or the I'm a big star crap, some stars seem to be able to go that route and live quietly and almost normally. But this man is just too dazzling at the moment, he needs protecting for his own safety.
I will never forget a documentary I saw about Princess Di, pap footage of her being helped to run and hide, in a lift I think,from cameras - the footage is astounding, the sheer amount of them after her, you would go blind and deaf from the flashing and clicking. It was horrific, she looked so vulnerable, it was so assaulting.
They really need to pass laws everywhere that you simply cannot invade personal space this way, don't allow them to get so close or block your way. If they are in front of vehicles it should be fine to run them over, somebody is going to get hurt very badly one of these days.

hey crazy ~ apparently its a pap swarm at the airport, blocking rob and taking pics in his face (you can see some of them in the post a few down). Nothing new in terms of pap behaviour, but upsetting to know rob is getting it, also that he seems to have been photographed every time he stepped outside this weekend. Sigh. I'd seriously rather not see the pics if it meant rob wasn't being harassed.

Crazy: the hardest part is when he's trying to enter the airport terminal through a private security entrance. The pappz manage to ambush him and don't let him move peacefully forward, while one a@@head jabs away with the same old question: Are you dating her, are you sleeping with her? He's crude enough you think he'll even pull out the f bomb. Rob just keeps his head down and refuses to acknowledge him, but it's a yucky, yucky scene. Sorry I watched it, left a bad taste in my mouth. Only recapping it so you'll know that X17 needs to be boycotted! It makes me question my own "obsession" with keeping tabs on RP. Don't want to be a part of anything that will push him over the line, ya know?

From what you guys said, I'm glad I didn't watch the video. Although I like watching pictures of Rob to know what he's doing, it makes me feel so sorry for him. I do hope this craziness doesn't change the wonderful person that he is, I'd rather he quitted his job than have his life ruined by all this. I'm feeling very protective of him :)
