Hi all
you can tell he's been coached alot now on how to handle the interviews. Just so different to how he used to answer. I miss the old ones. might have to do some you-tubeing this afternoon.
I too miss the old carefree, funny Rob interviews. Maybe's he's just exhausted.
wow I mean I totally undertand him on the answer to that first question! and I'm studying acting too (only, here, you're basically a 99% screwed with this profession...)
man! have you ever wished you could talk to someone, kind of share your experiences... in what they're alike, or different... ask him about other stuff??
This interview was filmed recently, so he might not have the greatest recollection of it. I don't think he's seem coached at all. Otherwise, he would have answered the questions with more ease and speed.

Michelle I don't think he's been coached,(I'm saying this and I haven't seen the movie, YET) but in my humble opinion even though the bits I've seen of the movie are funny I think Art is a really troubled character and I think that maybe Rob is talking more seriously about the role because of that!
OR maybe like ye said he's wrecked tired ! ;-)
I can't wait for my DVD of this to come, I'm really looking forward to seeing it!!!
Michellerhind: I totally agree with you....missing the spark. I remember in November I was going nuts trying to find all of his interviews because I found them so refreshing and honest. This one....I was bored abit.
Ya it is a bit more serious. Could be the way it's edited too ;-)

Adorable..loved the movie.
I don't think we'll ever see the "first things he thinks of" funny & sweet interviews again, I think he's too freaked out by all the attention he gets these days.
yeah its sad...I miss his silly old interview, he was so much fun...Maybe he's just tired
