I wonder how much of this role is closest to the real Rob???
I wonder what role I have to play to get closer to the real Rob..
hee hee
CONGRATS HTB TEAM!
Sweet! Congrats and cheers all around! :-)
I am REALLY looking forward to seeing HTB... When is it coming to Philly?
Yay that's great news. Really looking forward to this movie !!
Chicago girl now in LA: Let's put it this way, I don't think he had to stretch his acting muscles that hard to play the part! I can totally see from his perspective, if I were to put myself in his modest, self deprecating shoes, how surreal all this attention from fan girls is for him....he sees himself as that How to Be character in a way!!!!! :)
Congrats!!!
in my country probably i wont have a chance to see it in cinemas. :( well.. other options will come very handy ;) i cant wait ...
I was there!!! I saw the film at the George Lindsey Film Festival. It was different than I expected, but still really good...definitely indie...but funny. And, Rob's role, Art, does seem to be a lot like the way he describes himself in interviews...kind of awkward and just wanting to be liked (but Art seems to care more about what other people think than Rob does). Anyways, I'd definitely recommend seeing the film if you get a chance...just to see Rob in something so different than Twilight or Harry Potter.
Leanne~I agree! I believe this is what makes Rob so attractive.
A friend's elderly mom always refers to males as "goofy guys." Rob's sense of fun always makes me think of her shaking her head and saying..."those goofy guys!" HaHa.
I can't wait until I get to see this one! A real life character. And I love quirky, indie movies.
Congrats to Oliver and the rest of the HTB team. This is great news! I am dying to see this movie! Literally...dying. I'm going to have to wait for the DVD I'm sure. I hope it comes out this year. Along with 'Little Ashes' - then 'New Moon' in November. Yikes..it's gonna be a Rob filled year! Lovin' it!
Saw this last weekend here in DC. Love this movie. Love it love it love it. I wish it was on a real national release, cuz I would go see it again. Can't wait for DVD.
So excited they got this. The film is so good (not just Rob) and any awards it pulls in are totally deserved....
I was there -- it was a good sized crowd. Everyone really enjoyed it!
I'd hang my head over a freezer to see this movie ...
What do you mean by this role is closest to the real Rob???
He is not a real vampire afterall??? Now you will say that Santa doesn´t exist...
You liars!
@ Joelle & Grace: Wish I had known you two! I wanted to see it, but couldn't bring myself to drive for two hours not knowing anyone there, or where to park, or how to dress, etc. Wish I had now!
congrats
wish i can see it
This is the festival I caught the film at. It was a really great movie. Well done. The basketball scene nearly made me pee my pants.
haha i wonder if the whole award winning has to do with Robeward :P
Hey, Dude, hello.
I think it does, a little. But the Robward stuff is calling people´s attention to the movie. Some friends (that don´t live in the end of the world like I DO) told me that it is a good and funny movie.
I will probably have to wait until the DVD comes out and get it on Amazon...
