Hitfix.com claims they confirmed that Robert Pattinson will be a presenter at the Oscars. I would still take this with a grain of salt since they give no reference. Plus the added "The "Twilight" star had long been rumored to appear on Hollywood's biggest night, but barring any unforeseen last minute conflicts" puts a question mark to the news.
The possibility of seeing Rob in a tux is enough to make us sit in front of our TV with bated breath :)

Would love for this to be true, but can't find a confirmation of any kind on the Oscar website. There are Twilight blogs with the usual negative stuff ... ugh! I WISH we could get a definite "yes" on this ~ otherwise I don't want to waste my time watching. Rob in a tux ... yummy :)
Can you imagine the feeling you'd have as a young actor to be a part of something like this? Amazing experience for him if it's true.
Watch them have him present at towards the end, to milk the ratings though..

Yikes! I'm late for work. Been living in the dollar cinema with 30 foot tall "Twilight" Rob. Ummmmmmmm......nothing seems real anymore except his lips, eyes, delicate fingers, sexy walk, SMOULDER........and, oh God, that kiss.....don't know if I'll make it through the day :)

I don't believe you'll find confirmation on the Oscar site, since I thought the Academy said they weren't going to release the list of presenters this year (unlike past years) to try and boost viewership.
