Yeah Lynn, she made us write a long-ass paper about it, in addition to really long reading logs for each chapter and several in-class essays about all the color symbolism.
I haven't reread WA yet, but I think I'm going to start it again soon. I need more WA!
I read Angstgoddess' comments and she said something about finishing it at around 50 chapters or a little less.
I hope she makes the next 9 chapters really, really long then. I love that story.
Sabrina---I think that our teachers were on the same wavelength....wink!
That's scary that there's more than one teacher out there like my junior english teacher, Lynn. Your teacher was probably better, mine was really weird, bitchy, and nobody respected her.
Oh, this teacher was awesome...she completely changed my view of literature and I became a more varied reader. But, she was also the journalism teacher and detail was her life...annoying at best!
I'm glad you had a good teacher, my senior AP teacher was really fantastic so she made up for my junior teacher. Chapter 18 of I Love LA is up, I'm going to go read it before I go to bed. Goodnight! xoxoxoxo
