In my personal opinion, I think Lisa is the best interviewer of all the ones that I've seen him be interviewed by. She's sweet, personable, and tries to make her guests feel at ease.

Thanks for posting the vid, Goz, it's another good one. This convinces me that something did in fact happen to him the night of the London premiere. The host on the tv show he was on the next morning asked him if he was okay and he said he was getting looked at later in the day, then this interviewer makes a reference, as well, and he acknowledges it by saying she heard about it. Obviously he's okay, but I wonder what in the heck happened to him.
He seemed to wish he'd been the one to think of Witches of Eastwick :-)

I was watching the interview with Gordon "what's his face" and I was wondering if Rob had his gaydar with that dude? Just an observation...thinking out loud!
LOL! That guy was in Rob's lap!
Li---I knew that I wasn't the only one, right? My goodness, could the guy be a wee more obvious?
I thought the same thing. He seemed to enjoy Rob calling him a wanker, too! I felt sort of bad for Rob when that one was over.
Oh come on!! Like you wouldn't be up in his face too? hahahahaha Give the guy some credit at least for having good taste.. lmao
So true Mona, he definitely has good taste.
The whole thing was just weird to me. There were a couple times when the camera cut to Rob and it was just silence. And then when the guy was like, "I've recently gotten too fat for my pants. What are your next projects?" I was thinking, did I miss something? Poor Rob was probably going on no sleep (wasn't this during the Hell Topic tour) and that guy was kind of hard to follow. I liked when it took Rob a minute to add 4+3. He's a good sport and has WAY more patience with people than I do.
Talent, Lisa is a dote she's like that with everyone she interviews.
Kari I forgot about what he said on GMTV but I'm confused because I "think" this was recorded before the premiere that's could be wrong :-?

I wonder what happened to him too, Kari. It's been mentioned a couple of times. My ears perked up in the other interview when he said he was getting checked out later. Hmm...what's this? I'll be his doctor. He's about due for a complete physical, isn't he?
Kate - ok, I had it wrong on the clothes, lol, but the interview was the morning after and he said he had some injuries. Poor baby!
Emily, if you're the doc I'll assist as your PA and we can check him out. He complained often of groin injuries. I'm sure he needs that looked at often. :-)

He does seem to complain about the groin area a lot, doesn't he? Groin chaffing, pulled groin muscle, raw crotch. Well, there is only one way to fix that. Relaxation, massages, and hot steaming baths. Oh and we may need to apply an ointment to help with that chaffing...

Hey Lynn- the past two days have been pretty crazy around here. My daughter has been miserable. I think she's teething. My son is testing his limits big time. And last night my brother-in-law nearly killed himself. He was powerwashing his basement in the house he just built and the fumes built up and the paramedics said if he'd stayed in the house 2 more min. the carbon monoxide would have killed him. So needless to say it's been a stressful two days.
Just brings tears to my eyes at all of you wonderful Robkats willing to give your all for the group!!! So emotional here! *sniff sniff*

Dana--OMG, how scary! I am paranoid about CMP that I am always cracking windows open. I hope that things get better! Try giving Angelina some of those Hyland teething tablets, they always worked for my babes.

How old is your son? Havi has been testing a little lately... nothing too bad but she pushes to see how far she can go. More time outs than she's used to at the mo!

Lynn- I've never even heard of teething tablets! I'll have to be on the look out for them. For now we are just using teething rings, or she just bites the heck out of my finger.
I second the Hyland Teething tablets... they rock.
Kathyrn- my son turned two a month and a half ago. He's gonna have imprints of his little butt in his time out spot! The funny thing is, is he is so darn cute and he knows it too!
Hi Lynn Mona and everyone who talked about Gordon! Yes, we can't blame Gordon, everyone who interviews Rob falls for him.
Dana---if you go to any drug store...the Hyland products are usually with the vitamins (small white bottles). Basically, they're chamomile, which will settle the child down without doping them up. She will probably like the taste. Also, take a washcloth, wet it, and freeze it...she can chew on it to alleviate the pain.
And Dana, so sorry to hear about the troubles over the past few days, what a nightmare...
Rob would be well taken care of by everyone here, no doubt! Dana, wish I had thought of massage therapist first; damn.
Dana, how scary for your BIL! I'm terrified of CMP and am forever checking the detector. Hope he's okay! Sorry about the teething blues, too. My youngest is 10 but some things you don't forget.

Lynn, I never heard of those tablets before. Are they specifically for children or adults, as well? Sounds like a nice option to consider over Xanax. Just kidding. sort of.

Oh, true! Dana---talk to a pharmacist first, considering her age! I gave them to my children when they were really young...but it always help to speak to an RX about dosing and they are made for children.
Lynn- sorry if it sounded like I was saying they weren't suitable for kids, not at all what I meant. I was just kidding about needing something to soothe myself. :-)
Li---I think that he just wanted to catch a wicked sound bite from Rob...fortunately for Rob...he was a little slow for the draw (thanks to exhaustion).
No worries, Kari! I just forgot that Dana's little one is so young...I have to go by my training. It's pure habit and I could use some teething tablets myself;0)

Oh, it is Chris Weitz (I just read it on IMDB)...the feminist in me still wants a woman's touch!
Oh, wasn't sure of the spelling. I have yet to see Golden Compass. Do you think he sounds like a possible good fit with the project? I'm not tuned in enough to the dealings of producers/directors, etc. to know better. I just hope that whoever it is that Rob & Kristen are happy. I wonder how they're feeling about the loss of CH.
Totally agree with a woman's touch, too! That's one of the reasons I was sad to hear about CH's departure.
Kari---I hear ya! I was really disappointed about CH, too. I always have had an affinity to her character driven style of directing and her detail oriented mind. I truly think that NM and Eclipse deserve a woman's touch..afterall it is written from the perspective of a young woman.
But, alas, it is dollars and cents and this would be a huge breakout for Chris Weitz, being it only be his fourth film as a director.
I mean fifth or sixth if you count his uncredited direction on American Pie!

I totally agree on the woman's hand in this story Lynn, and it's very unfortunate that CH is out of the picture. I think she really got the Edward and Bella connection in a big way, and the passion of love at that age. Plus, she seems to really adore Rob & Kristen.
I really enjoyed this interview.. They fed off each other really well.

highlights- his reaction to the lord byron comparison, how he says "damn", his facial expression as he says "can i get a music career as well?", how he says "fitted" and "i really liked it".
he's totally blushing over this woman! you know he wants to bite her for christmas!
