Hope you have a nice drive this morning Kate! I hate driving early in the morning, I constantly am trying to stop myself from taking microsleeps along the way.

OT - Kellan interview...
Highlights...
Every family needs a comedian, and Kellan said that he is eager to continue his friendship with the Cullen kin. "We really are quite a family," he grinned. "Especially with having a lot of us based out of L.A., we all get to hang out and meet up. We do poker nights at Peter's house, and Rob lives a couple blocks from me, so we always hang out. Ashley and I have always been close friends, and the same with Jackson."
It is rare in Hollywood that so many young actors should rise to fame side by side, and Lutz said the "Twilight" stars are very appreciative that they have each other. "It's really tough to find real, genuine people out in L.A. It's all smoke and mirrors," he observed. "It's really nice to be at the age where we are secure with ourselves, and we understand what real people are like out here."
Amy---thanks for the Kellan highlights...he is such a sweetheart! The Cullen "kids" are fortunate to find a kinship within eachother....it really is dog eat dog in LA and friends are hard to come by.
Kellan is a doll...I just adore him he really is a sweetheart.
It's great they all hang out. Having good friends around who are going through the same thing must be comforting for them :)
I do love LA cause it's a fun city and when it comes to the entertainment business that is where most things happen, BUT you really have to know your limits and keep your guard up 99% of the time when living/ or doing business in that town...people can be pretty shady and totally fake. Kellan is so right about that.
I'm happy that the cast is smart to recognize it. And so far they haven't lost themselves into the whole Hollyweird world. They all seem like a very smart bunch of people and I hope they stay that way for a long time :)

Thanks for the highlights Amy ~ I like that they all continue to hang out. They'll be a very tight group by the time Eclipse is finished. I like the idea of them having poker nights at Peter's house. I wasn't very aware of Peter prior to Twilight, and I have to say, everything I read about/from him paints him as a genuine guy who's got things figured out. I didn't realize Kellan and Ashley were friends prior; very nice.
