Why can't it be March 27th already?
I'm seriously traveling to the nearest place they show this movie.
Holy updates Batman :) You are rocking it Dani! Muah!
Okay I'm really gone now :))
MUUUUUAAAAHHH! To you all I am so freaking jazzed this movie has distribution and an official release date!! YAY!!!
I need to go take a shower so I don't have to in the morning. Hopefully my hair won't look like a haystack in the morning. Goodninght lovelies!
Night Sabrina babe!
Goodnight Dani! xoxoxoxoxo
Holy Schnikes, Batman! How many theaters will be graced with the loveliness of Rob, Javier and Matthew and will it be released in San Diego? I am dying to see this film!
Ladies I just couldn't read all the comments ye made last night, Holy God there's nearly 400 but I did see what ye were saying about Harry Potter and DAni I'm like you I never got into it, I even have the first 4 books here and I never read them {blush} but like I said they are showing GOF on Xmas day here and I will watch it if only to feed my Robsession over Christmas!!LOL
Good morning all!!
Good morning, ladies!
You girls had a lot of fun last night!! I was having fun just reading the comments when my power went out at 1am. We had an ice storm and a branch ripped the power box and cable box from my house, the same branch damaged our cars, and now I don't know when we'll get power back...It's the weekend coming up and I can't access a computer (I won't be at work)...NO ROB AT MY FINGERTIPS! (*wiping tears away...) No, really, I'm not happy. :(
Ellie!
OMG - that's terrible! Was there a lot of damage done to your cars? And, they have no idea when you will get power back? Ugh! Wish I could help somehow.
But, more importantly, what are you going to do without access to His Sweetness all weekend?! You might have to take in a matinee just to get a fix.
Hi, Trixie!
The branch broke the taillights and dented the back and there's a big patch of paint ripped off.
and yes, the more important issue (above no heat or water) is NO ROB and my lovely ladies!!! WWWAAAHHH!!!
I'll have to sneek off to the movie, somehow...or look at magazine pics and wipe the drool off of them!
Ah, yes - how could I forget the magazine pics? That will help. I confess that I have a huge box full of every magazine and newspaper with Twilight or Rob in it. Yes, I'm insane. My husband hasn't discovered it yet :)
I hope your power will be restored to your house soon. No heat or hot water is such a DRAG. Do you have somewhere you can go if the power is out for a long time?
Not really. Good excuse to get a hotel room!! LOL
Good Morning Beautiful Ladies!!
Ellie, I'm so sorry to hear of your news, please take care and be safe!
Good morning Bella's mom!
Morning Trixie, how are you doing ?
Pretty good! Trying to motivate myself to get off the blog and actually accomplish something this morning.
As you can see, I'm not having very much luck!
And you?
I am puppy sitting today and trying to get some laundry done. lol not much excitement here
Good morning, lovlies!
Loved the previous article and I really like the author's writing.
"Friendishy charismatic w/ narrow eyes and hair that obeyss it's own defiant rules, he combines the looks of an archetypal movie rebel w/ a striking intelligence that should all being, well keep him out of the usual Hollywood catastophes."
Well said.
And I like that Rob finally said (it appears, if you can believe what you read)
"I won't make that mistake again."
Concerning not doing his homework/research on Twilight and the amount of books it had sold and it's rabid fanbase.
Thought it was already announced the March 27th release date, previously.
Good morning Trixie, Mona, Kate and Ellie!
I'm thinking of you Ellie and hoping things go well for you in the storm residue department.
My son is sick so we aren't up to much around here. I might actually attempt to get into the holiday spirit and put up some decorations!
What kind of puppy are you sitting?
Morning Jov!
Trixie - It's half German Shepherd and half Midnight Romeo. He is 6 weeks old and a Early Christmas present for one of my daughter's friends. But she can't deliver him till she gets out of school today. So she bribed me to tend to him till then. lol
Hi Jovie darling!
Trixie, I'm sorry your son is ill, I hope it is nothing too serious and he feels better soon!!
thanks, bella's mom. He's already feeling much better than he was yesterday. Antibiotics work wonders!
Hi beautiful soul Trixie.
I hope your son feels better, also.
Right before Christmas to get sick is never fun.
Sounds like a very cute dog, Mona.
When my three yellow labs were puppies they were so dang cute.
Loved the title of the article also,
Hotter than Potter.
This must be all so freaky weird for Rob, this sudden fame and seeing magazines when he goes into places with things written about him.
It must be all so very bizarre for him.
Jov - yes not loving the sick right before christmas. BUT, at least it isn't right during Christmas for a change!
Puppies are so cute :) I've never heard of a Midnight Romeo...
Read the running time was 1hr 47 min.
When I went to see Australia it was almost three hours.
Wish Rob was in a movie that was almost three hours.
Jov - I can't imagine how utterly strange it must be for rob to be so suddenly cast into stardom. I don't think I could handle it - seeing my face on magazines, on tv, online.
I thought it was funny that he mentioned that stupid In Touch or Life & Style cover that said something like he was headed for a breakdown. I always wonder if he sees that crazy crap.
lol Trixie, Midnight Romeo is the nice way of saying we don't have a clue which neighborhood male came for a visit.
Jov - If I were a celeb, I know I would try not to read crap that was written about me, but I wouldn't be able resist. And, I'm so sensitive I know I would constantly be getting my feelings hurt. Good thing I'm not famous - I wouldn't do well with fame. I agree with you - human nature is so vicious sometimes. Some people like nothing better than to tear others down.
Oh, I feel for your niece. She's lucky she has you to cry with.
Mona - LOL! I'm laughing so hard at myself right now. Here I thought that was a real breed! I was going to google it. HAHAHAHA! I'm such a moron sometimes!
Thanks Trixie,
She is such a sweetie. She's a vegetarian, a animal rights person and just such a with it young lady.
She's graduating from high school a year early and is a college concurrent enrollment student.
She will graduate from high school with almost a year of college done.
She is like me the doesn't take crap and they were just arguing a lot lately, mostly in disagreements.
They were incompatible.
They think differently and it was meant to be, but the beginning of a break up is always difficult.
Hi Mona.
On the celeb issue, I worry already about on here if people read what I have written, they will be able to piece who I am, I have started to erase some of my comments.
You are absolutely right Jov, the breakups are hard on all young ones. Just give her reassurance and I know with your help she will do just fine.
He was very good looking, he had these green eyes that were incredible. I remember one time talking to him and the sun hit his eyes and they were amazing the colors in his irises.
I think if he wasn't so good looking they might not of lasted over a year.
I always thought she shouldn't just date one guy, thou.
It's just that she really doesn't have any girlfriends, so last night I was just feeling for her so much. Most of the people she goes to school with are college kids that are much older than her and she usually tries to keep her age quiet when she is in college.
Sorry to get off topic.
Back to Rob.
I love all of you ladies' comments; they're very enjoyable to read. I really want to comment much of the time, but never have anything interesting and unique to say. So, I dash in and out from time to time ;)
Just hop in any time Borders! Welcome!
And congrats on Almost Amy!
Hi Talent in Borders,
Jump in anytime.
I read your profile before, you have such a fascinating job.
I am a music junkie.
Hi Girls!
Ellie- I am so sorry to hear about your house and car---an no power. We went a 2 days 4 years ago with no power and it was during august. No air conditioning! Thank goodness the condo we lived in had a pool.
Do you use a lap top? If so you could always go to a place that has WiFi. Hopefull you will get your power restored soon.
And here I was complaining last night that i wouldn't have a computer today and then my lovely husband leaves his laptop at home for me to use today. Gotta love that man!!!
Jov - your niece sounds like an amazing girl. Even when ending a relationship is the right thing to do, it doesn't make it any easier to go through.
How did you like Australia? I hasn't gotten very good reviews (although I don't pay much attention to reviews).
Morning Dana! So glad you made it! Give your hubby a hug just don't tell him it's from a bunch of looney women.. lol
Good morning, Dana, love!
Thanks, Tixie.
I loved Australia. But I think it's because of Hugh Jackman.
He was very schmexy. And you know how I love dimples.
He seems like a very kind, amazing incredibly good looking man. So looking at him for three hours is easy on the eyes.
In Australia they milked his body for all it was worth.
Hi Bella's Mom!
Thanks for the congrats, but I don't work with them anymore, but I wish them all the best. I really miss those boys, though. They are great guys!
Hi Talent - that's exactly why I was a lurker for a very long time before I broke down and started posting. Just start posting and you won't worry about being boring anymore.
Hi Dana!
Talent in Borders, Have you heard of Thriving Ivory?
They are a San Fran band, kind of taking off.
Their Angels on the Moon song,I'm in love with.
That's ok Borders, just leaves you more time to help another group move forward!
Hi Jovie! Oh yes, I love my job, but it's really hard obtaining the right relationships in this business, but I do my best and hope for it too. I've been blessed to meet the right people, but have had my fair share of the cutthroat world of it too. Oh well, I shall carry on ;)
Jov- I just downloaded Angels on the Moon a couple of weeks ago--good song!
That's the way, take it all with a grain of salt, then come in here and Robsess with us and you can then go attack your world again. It works wonders for therapy!!! lol
Hi Trixie! You ladies are all so nice, thank you for the warm welcome wishes :)
Bella's Mom--I hope I can move forward with another band. I'm doing my best.
Jovie--Thriving Ivory sounds very familiar, but I'll have to check them out. Do they have a MySpace page?
I'm actually trying to work with Jackson Rathbone's band 100 Monkeys. They are hysterically funny, but have really good music. I sent Mr. J an inquiry about working with he and his band, and he wrote back that I need to get in touch with his manager, so I'm hoping something works out with that! We shall see...
Talent, I hear ya. But it's cutthroat in so many fields. So always know it is just temporary.
The angels on the moon song almost wrote the ending for my book.
I was listening to it and had to rush home to my computer, when I heard it for the first time.
I have can obsess about songs.
Once I listened to one song all the way from Monterey to San Francisco, it was on repeat the whole way.
Listening to Angels on the Moon on youtube right now... loving it!
Talent - just looked at your profile. We have very similar taste in music - especially the 80s alternative stuff (cure, dp, echo & bunnymen).
Yes they have a myspace page, Talent, and the lead singer, they secured a really good director for their Angels on the Moon vid.
It's ga ga gorgeous.
He's tall, so I like him.
His voice is different than what I normally listen to. But there is just something about them that I really, really like.
Their songs just speak to me for some reason.
I use a lot of songs to help inspire my writing.
Thrice's Alchemy albums have helped inspire a lot also.
Especially Water.
I love all of my British musicians! I want to wrap them up, cuddle them, and take 'em home to Mama. LOL!
Jov - i got obsessive with Closer by Kings of Leon. Listened to it over and over. Still need to hear it at least once everyday. Not sure what it is about that song - like the line "she took my heart; I think she took my soul"
Talent - very cool about trying to work with JRs group!
Oh, wow! I love "Angels on the Moon." I heard a 25 second snippet, and Ahhh, such a dreamer song :)
http://www.myspace.com/thrivingivory
there ya go
Yes, Talent.
I am addicted to British musicians.
I LOVE James Morrison. He is so talented and cute.
I love how he goes buskin' on his birthday and donates it to charity.
Gawd I love that man.
He has such a success story.
How you heard his music.
His little British accent is so cute, but when he talks it's not sexy British like Rob.
He was a street kid and I love him.
Talent I could talk music and books all day I'm sorry if I'm overwhelming.
Pray for me, Trixie, because I really hope I can work with J's group! The talent is so immense, and there's alot I can do for them. Hopefully, their manager will notice my abilities.
Dana, isn't their video for Angels beautifully done?
They make the lead singer look reallygood and he's really not actually that good looking.
IT's really a message song.
Jovie, feel free to talk music with me all day long. Music is my first love, film is my second. And they both go hand in hand. You're not overwhelming, by any means.
Oh, Jovie, since you like British musicians, take a look at www.myspace.com/shadybard, and listen to the song, "Torch Song." So beautiful!
Talent, I hope you can sign them up,that would be a blast of a job, I bet.
Jackson seems like one cool dude.
I'l;l go take a lookey loo, right now Talent.
While I'm looking have you heard
Marcus Foster's Waiting on Her Doorstep?
It's another song that inspired a lot in my book.
I'm hoping his manager will work with me, but his manager probably 10,000 other people calling her up asking for the same thing, because everyone wants a piece of "Twilight" and the boys at the moment.
Talent - yes, I recognize These Quiet Times from Grey's! I remember liking the song when I heard it on the show.
I truly enjoy listening to Sam Bradley, Marcus Foster and Bobby Long. They're all an immensely talented group. However, I am really drawn to Mr. Bradley's music. I only like one or two of Foster's and Long's songs. Of Bradley, I really like "Whiskey," and "Sea Blue."
Good morning, all!
I was checking to see any Rob updates....it's still early right?
Ellie---I read about the power outage and about your home and car...my thoughts are with you, lovely!
Talent, I cried. Thank you for turning me onto that song, now.
Also, Izzy on Grey's during the dimple guy storyline.
Gawd, I loved that season.
Shady Bard is a great band, but they will make you cry after the first listen. I can only listen to them once in awhile, and I have to be in the mood.
Talent, I also love HOld On by Tom Waits, I am obsessed with that song right now.
Hi, Mona, Dana,Jov. and Talent!
Thanks for all the well-wishes!
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my husband can get the power thing straightened out before I get home this afternoon. The power company should see that with the power box ripped off and a wire snapped, that it should be by the top of their list.My dh drove me in today. My daughter has a snow day, uh, ice day...
Mona, I thought Midnight Romeo was a new, real breed, too! LOL
Oh, duh, CANNOT wait for LA to come out... Rob's going to be mesmerizing!
Tom Waits just makes me stop in my tracks the minute I hear his voice.
I was in Starbucks and one of his songs came on and I just froze.
Jov- I haven't seen the video. I'll have to check it out today.
See Talent if you didn't write I wouldn't of known about them.
Thank you, you really need to be one more.
Dana, it's so good. It's on you tube.
You're welcome, Jovie. I'm glad you like it. I have tons of other bands that you I can get you hooked on.
Oh yeah, Bella's Mom, Almost Amy is now called Ballas Hough Band. Did you know they are from London originally and that's how they got their start. Playing local pubs in London....anyone else on here interested in hearing what they sound like, check them out at www.myspace.com/ballashoughband.
Ellie - I'm SO glad I'm not the only one who thought it was a real breed! Yes, I think the whole robsession is going to reach new heights when LA comes out.
Hi Lynn!
Aww, thanks Jovie. I feel a kindred spirit ;) I like Tom Waits too, but I've sat long enough to actually take a listen to a full-length song of his. I should make that a priority very soon!
Hi Ellie!
I can't wait for LA either. But i wonder if anyone will want to go with me. I doubt thats the kind of movie my hubby will want to see.
Hey, Trixie!
Talent---I am listening to Shady Bard...I love it when you can hear a singer's accent in their music. A wee mellow, eh? Love it!
My favorite James Morrison song is you make it real
They offered him the part to August Rush, even thou he had never acted before, just one his music alone and he turned it down.
He said for him right now it's about the music.
You gotta love that.
He felt very honored thou.
I just love his story.
Dana---I mentioned LA to my dh and he gave a "oh, hell no" look...enough said! LOL
Hey girls! Just popping in to say hi! God, I hope LA comes to a theater in Seattle, I'm assuming it will. Granted, Seattle's 90 mins. from Whidbey Island, but I'll drive that happily to see him on the big screen again. Now I just have to scare up a friend to go with me. Military life is hard on friendships, people come and go out of your life so quickly :(
Hi, Lynn--thanks for the good thoughts.
Just talked to my dh, the power company cut the power to the house, won't be back maybe until next week. We're borrowing a generator from his friend. I'll be lost without you all to keep me company in the wee hours! :( My daughter has a laptop, but not much juice left in the charge...
Cars are $500 deductable each. Boo!
IT's basically a song about how crazy his life is now after becoming successful after he won the Brit award and how his gf is what helps him.
To have someone love you before the success happened and how do you know when someone really like you for you for the success.
This song reminds me of Rob and how difficult it must be for him now to chose a woman who will like him for him and not for the success.
James Morrison is also a very soulful singer.
His voice was affected by whopping cough when he was a toddler and it's kind of interesting.
I truly enjoy the flow of James Morrison's music also. He's such a gifted songwriter (foremost) and singer. He certainly knows how to write a great song with some strong lyrics!
Lynn--I'm glad you like Shady Bard, but you can only take so much of them for so long. The music is so melancholy, and you can only take sadness for so long.
That's a concern I have about this blog Talent, I used to listen to more music esp. on You Tube of songs that would inspire me and I'm going to do tht more again and get off the blog so much.
Aw Ellie - not very good news at all :( So sorry. If you lived nearby I'd tell you to camp out over here!
Who do you think you'll see LA with? I don't think I'll be able to talk my husband into it (plus, I don't want him to start putting 2 and 2 together with the whole rob thing). Might end up being a sneak out of work earlier and see it myself kind of thing...
Karla---I was a military wife for seven years until dh got out...it can take it toll! I would see LA with you if I wasn't in CA!
Ellie---urgh! Wow, what a downer...hope things will be back in order by Christmas. Honest to blog, I would be a wreck right now if I back in Cleveland...I would need like five years to acclimate properly!
Ellie- next week? That sucks. Hopefully they can get power up sooner :)
I know Talent can you believe his story.
He's so humble also. I love him.
He writes beautifully.
I also love Better Man, I cried when I first heard that song.
Gawd, I love that man, He feels so much and isn't scared to share it.
Gotta go for a bit and give my baby girl a bath. Talk to you girls in a little while.
Well, don't leave the blog altogether. You have to at least pop in from time to time!
Trixie--I'll be going with one of my assistants in my class. She's not into Rob like I am, but she thinks the trailer is interesting...
Time for math games...be back soon!
I almost always have music when I'm on but I don't listen to the lyrics as closely as I should because that's when it clicks for me.
Jov - see I said I was going to be more disciplined and I've been here all morning! I have managed to do some online christmas shopping in between postings :)
I need to check out James Morrison...
I think Rob is going to have a tough time finding someone who really just wants to be with him because of him (rather than the fame). I mean, how is he even going to come in contact with regular people now?
Lynn - laughing at the "oh hell no" look!
Talent, feel free to share any songs that you especially love with me, do you have an email address you would share with me?
Trixie, James Morrison is kind of new like a couple of years, or three.
He's adorable, kind of short, but he has so much talent in that little body.
He played at the big British music festival and they moved him up to a high venue because he is loved so much.
Looking forward to LA. I'm kinda miffed that we haven't had a screening in los angeles of How to be yet Alaska has! Don't quite understand that but I am VERY hopeful that Little Ashes will play here. Fingers crossed.
Like you Dana and Lynn, I truly doubt that I could get the hubby to go with me. He never even wanted to see Brokeback mountain, I think Manlove scares him stupid Mexican Machismo :)))
Absolutely! I love sharing new information, especially new talent. If you guys know of any bands that I can work with, who are looking for a promoter, agent, or manager, please let me know.
Jovie---and to anyone else who feels inclined to e-mail me, you can contact me at booking@talentinborders.com
I listen to the Glastonbury Festival in the UK and leave with so many musicians I love.
Lynn - I had no idea your hubbie was in the military! So, yes, you understand. Doug's been in 10 yrs. and we have another 10 to go. Don't get me wrong, I truly LOVE this life, but there are aspects that are quite difficult. Doug is deploying next Nov. for 6 months and will miss all our b-days as well as Christmas. Even though it's a year away, it still looms over me like a rain cloud. But we chose this life, and for the most part it's been great. My husband gets to fulfill his life's dream to fly and my kids get to look at their dad with pride for his hard work and sacrifice - I can't complain too much :)
Sorry to ramble! Gotta get my mind back on Rob, so I'm off to ogle the banner ;)
Trixie---I think I may have mentioned homoeroticism some where later, but, the whole Dali thing got the look. Art house and indie films is something that I do on my own or with my girlfriends.
Talent---thanks for the Shady Bard recommendation...I'm an emo girl at heart (I have a thing for the Cure and Morrissey) so I can only take the folksy stuff in small doses. Then, I have to go and listen to something like the White Stripes or KOL.
Off to do laundry...tata for now!
Lynn, apparently your DH and mine had the same answer to Little Ashes.. lol Mine said he could put up with alot of my "chick flicks" but not something like THAT. hahahaha
Talent I am really into indie California rock bands and I'll e-mail you some.
Once I saw Jack Johnson before he became famous at a free venue in a bar here and I thought man that is one cool dude.
But, if one thinks about it really, it's truly not fair that they pick these guys like Mr. Pattinson, Johnny Depp, Kevin Bacon, etc., who all sing so very well, and can act and write. Not fair at all ;)
And Karla you should be extremely proud!
My Dad was in the navy and worked onboard a submarine, they went out for long trips at a time also. he missed quite alot of our younger years. But we made up for it when he got out. Lots of hug times!
Karla---dh got in 1999...he actually would have been retiring in two years. But, family deaths and tragedy made him reevaluate and get out. It's a tough life, but, as long as you can endure...it can have it bonuses!
I meant got out in 1999...whee! I need to go!
Thanks Talent
I also love Caleb Followill, his voice really gets to me.
I have shared how I am obsessed with their lastest album.
Also, the Kryptonite song by Three Door Down
I use that song a lot to get jazzed for surfing when it's especially cold.
Yesterday my niece said
You know every superman has their kryptonite.
I said in my mind yes mine is Rob.
I should start calling him Kryptonite. LOL
Lynn--you're very welcome! I'm glad you like them :)
Mona---my dh is tolerant but draws the line on certain things. He's Mid-West with a Southerner's heart...he would never watch LA no matter how evolved he may seem! LOL
I am really leaving now!
Karla, I just teared up reading your comment.
Thanks for sharing that, sweetie.
Thank you husband for his service for me.
I have a relative who was a Marine and I really get the sacrifice.
lmao at the evolved comment Lynn!!!
I call my DH a caveman all the time at his remarks etc. I tell him he is actually WORSE than a caveman, he's a southern rebel caveman!!
Since you guys really like soulful, bluesy gentleman singers, check out my good friend Chase at www.youtube.com/chasetv and his band at www.myspace.com/aboutasher. I promise you'll like them. Chase is very talented in all forms of artistry, and I've known him since we were in the fifth grade; the boy is going to do great things with his musical career!
Talent, I agree it will be very interesting to follow Rob's career with how he likes to read, write, sing, write songs.
He's absolutely fascinating.
I'll check them out Talent.
Thank you.
I hope their career in the spotlight doesn't ruin who they really are. I really like how Johnny Depp has handled his fame, and I hope the others follow in the same footsteps.
I think Rob isn't foolish.
I think he'll be smarter about stuff now like do his research BEFORE he signs up to projects.
Ladies, I have to run for a bit, will be on later.
Hope you all have fantastic days and if I miss you later, have wonderful weekends!!
hugzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
Exactly, Jovie. I don't know, and I don't want to get any flack for this, but I find it hard to consume that he had no idea how big the books were over here, although he's from London, and they weren't big yet over there. I think he tries to downplay the hype a bit. Just my two cents, but I could be completely wrong.
You know Johnny Depp, had his share of the bumps.
Remember the trashing the hotel room stuff.
He just a bit frustrated there.
This whole thing is all pretty crazy and after awhile I can imagine it cn be absolutely frustrating.
Probbly even infuriating.
Especially Rob being sensitive.
Which I love that he is sensitive.
I hope he never loses that about himself, that he feels deeply.
Bye, Bella's Mom, have a great day and a wonderful weekend :)
HUGS back at ya Mona.
Hope you have a fantastic day.
I agree with you Talent.
I think he's pretty smart.
You're right Jovie. Depp had his moments of rough tides, but he bounced back for the better. His kinds changed his outlook on life.
I'm completely over the fangirl crap. I mean, seriously, were they raised to scream in a guy's face?!
I meant his *kids, not kinds. Sorry!
Twilight when you google it has so many websites and such a devoted fan base. All he had to do was google it.
Also, He has stated how much research he did on Dali.
Also, teenge girls can be very passionate about what they like so I think he learned a lot about teenage girls.
Talent, I agree I think what happend with JD, is he moved to France, started his vineyard and his life with his gf, had a child and became a family man and it helped him to come to peace with a lot of stuff.
The movie business can do such a number on your psyche, Hollywood is just so phony.
People can be so harsh and judgemental, fans, critics, blah blah blah.
I would just say take me away from phones and such for awhile and I need to get grounded again.
Okay, I got to get to business here. I'm being requested here to answer a phone call.
I'll e-mail you talent and would love to talk to you more.
Hope your day is fabulous.
I think the majority of the teenage girls are screaming for edward and the books - not rob.
Trixie--We "mature " girls know better...YUM! LOL
Bye, Jovie! Yes, please e-mail me, and we will definitely chat more. Have a wonderful day yourself!
Hello Ladies!
Just popping in for my Rob fix today!
Ellie and Trixie---yes, us older ones know how to act around him ;) Didn't he mention that he wanted more older girls to throw themselves at him?
Ellie - absolutely! YUM is right. Rob's always talking about his fans being so young - do you think he has figured out that there are many of us "mature" fans out there?
Hi, Rose!
Damn...its hard to keep up with all the comments on the other posts. I really miss a lot by not being here late at night.
Hi Talent! Hi Trixie! Hi Ellie!
Hahaha, Talent--We know how to treat Rob right...oh, so right... LOL
I'm heading out. The rest of my work is calling me. Thank you all for being so nice and welcoming. You guys are great! Look forward to chatting with you some more :) Have a great day!
Rose - HI! I've been here all morning LOL!
Talent - I'm sure by "older girls" he wasn't referring to my age group :) More like yours probably.
Ellie--yes, we do know how to treat him, oh so right, but he can't seem to find us ;)
Have a great day, Talent!!!
Thanks for joining us!
If I'm not back on this weekend, have a nice one!
Bye Talent - great chatting with you! See, aren't you glad you finally posted?? :)
Well, Trixie, one never knows ;) You're still young, and I bet you don't look your age at all!
LOL Trixie! I wish I could spend more time here!
Have to admit to being pretty excited about LA finally having a release date!
Bye Talent!
Oh yes, I love chatting with you ladies. You're all so much fun. Hopefully, I we can all chat throughout the weekend :)
Rose - I don't work on Friday's so I have more free time :) I've managed to get some online christmas shopping done, clean vomit off the couch (my sons is sick - lovely), do 2 loads of laundry, and straighten up our dining room (aka - the upstairs dumping ground - grrrr) while I've been chatting!
Good afternoon, Rose!
How's are you???
Ellie your back. Any luck getting a generator?
Dana--We're borrowing one from my husband's friend. I think it goes for 2 hours at a time. We should have it by late afternoon.
That's good. At least you'll have some power then.
I just found out from my husband that the part I need for my laptop won't be in until sometime next week!!!!! But he said that if he didn't need his computer at work he'd leave it home for me. At the very worst if he can't i'll at least be able to use it at night.
On FB you said your husband is the best! Is it because of the laptop??? LOL
Ellie- yep, he scored major points for leaving his "baby" at home for me to use!
Dana--I love him already!! :)
Well I'm gonna go take a late nap with my kids. Talk to you later Ellie--hopefully!
Bye, Dana, sleep well...And keep your fingers crossed for me...Or I'll talk to you on Monday from here at work. xoxo
The power's back on! Yipee!
I can gab with you all to my heart's content-- (happy, happy, joy, joy!)
My dh and his friend reconnected it without having to wait for the power company to do it next week. They're such good boys. :)
