Stella--oh, my poor blog.. I've become a lazy writer, so many posts in perpetual draft: Mouriño's death, new job, ankle sprain, basketball championship.. pff.. but you are always welcome!
About Ensayo sobre la Ceguera, I'm re-reading it after seeing the movie. I always do that, my inner masochist makes me suffer finding all the differences between the book and the movie! LMAO!
Awww, I love Greenbank! I take my kids out the Greenbank Farm all the time. We love the cheese shop and the homemade pies (to DIE for). Oh great, now my mouth is watering, and not for Rob, that's unusual ;)
Crazy, Jewels!! Do you come up here often? I think all us crazies need to have a girls weekend in Seattle!
I think Rob is a sensitive caring individual that feels deeply. I think he has so much depth and soul that most men don't have. I see it in his interests of reading, writing, how he sings and his interests of what songs he chooses to sing and what songs he choose in the cover songs. I'll Be Your Lover Too, that song spoke volumes. He really is willing to be who he is but now the lastest comments of saying No to in depth interviews because of the perpensity to knock someone down is so true. I was actually glad to read that. I hope he protects himself.
No! I've never been. My uncle (by marriage) is a retired Navy Captain. He pinned my brother's "butter bars" on him when he graduated from the Air Force Academy! My uncle was the highest ranking military official there! It was oh so official and so very patriotic!!!
I have been listening today to the Tom Waits song "Hold On" over and over. It is such a good winter song. If anyone of feel so inclined to listen on youtube, it's seriously soulful.
Jovie... I so want him to remain private. I want him to throw out those lovely "Bon Mots" when he feels comfortable and (he's not stupid) will drive the interest in whatever he is doing. Rob may play an innocent...but I think..just maybe he may have the heart of something just a little more wicked... mercenary almost...

Who would have ever guessed that Whidbey Island would come into the mix.
Mich-- I haven't seen the movie because I'm waiting to finish reading the book. Pet peeve of mine.
And I've become worse than a lazy writer, I just post Sabines and videos now, lol.
