You know, in any other circumstances, it would be a total turnoff that a dude was filthy and his house/room looked like a bum lived in it... but strangely enough, it just adds to Rob's charm... I swear, the man can do no wrong in my eyes.

I would totally be willing to clean for Rob if he needs some help tidying things up. I would do it for free just to be able to help him out (plus I might get to touch the infamous zipper if I got to do his laundry).
