HOT Topic appearance update

How can you attend a Twilight signing? Read carefully! Purchase the $30 Twilight Tour tee and get a wristband that guarantees you access to the signing. Purchase must be made IN PERSON on the date of the event in the specific malls listed below. Space is very limited. You must have a wristband to enter signing.

For “Edward’s” appearances you must be one of the first 500 customers to purchase the Twilight Tour tee for access.

Limit two (2) wristbands per customer. NO CAMERAS allowed and one autograph per person. The actors will be signing posters we are providing and will not be able to sign any personal items. After each signing, the actor(s) will be hanging out briefly to answer questions about Twilight, which opens in theaters November 21st.

They are getting crazy about stuff, no cameras? I guess they had to put these restrictions so poor Rob wouldn't have to pose for 1000 pictures.But still...And they are calling him Edward? WTH!


Although this is only for the Dallas appearance it will probably be the same for all Hot Topic appearances.

The girl who answered the phone said "thanks for calling hot topic, your twilight headquarters" and sort of laughed (I also heard giggling in the background). She sounded like she had been on the phone all day. Here is what I found out though.

The mall is opening its doors at 6am so we can all rush to Hot Topic to buy the wristbands. Hot Topic is closing its doors at 5pm so the line can form, then the signing goes from 6-7:30pm. After this, he will be led downstairs where they apparentally have a room for the question and answer session which should last 30-45 minutes.

I asked her if a lot of people had already called today, she said I was about the 95th person.
