Amy said...: Did you girls watch the Rome Q & A videos? I just did. That was kinda painful listening to all of them with the dubbing and constant back and forth translating. I didn't really like that whole set up they had going there. Way to difficult to get through. Dani said...: I did just watch the QA sessions. Oohhhh my goodness I love the Italian language. I wish it were being spoken by Rob. But it was very distracting hearing all that at once. I can't imagine how confusing it was for Robert and Kristen. Still hearing that language rattled off so fluidly was lovely. Emily said...: Over on the old RPL (this is the true one now) they have HQ pics from the red carpet in Rome. Not sure if it's okay to steal them or not but the enlarged versions are breathtaking. We even get a little peek of Rob's tummy in the 10th one down. Man, those eyes in HQ just about kill me. This man looks like he stumbled off the pages of GQ and onto the red carpet. MediaBlvd> How did you approach kissing scenes in the movie?

Robert> I kinda just approached it from the front.

MediaBlvd> Do you use tongue or no tongue?

Robert> I always try to slip a bit of tongue in.

This book, this story has touched so many of us in so many ways. We think about our first loves, the Edwards that may have been in our lives for a brief moment.

To see Rob play out such a dynamic character as Edward is truly breathtaking. So many memories, loves who broke our hearts, and the love who saves us.

But I started to kind of worry watching the footage from Rome. Why is the audience laughing so much? Is it nervous laughter...Is is omigod this sucks so bad laughter?

I've built this huge thing up in my head, and we all dissect it with such detail, I'm terrified of being disappointed. That's the pressure Rob talks about.

So, I will go. I will watch. I will buy the DVD when it comes out. I'm just feeling an overwhelming sense of sadness I guess because the buildup is coming to a close. Where do we go after November 21st?; October 31, 2008 at 12:36 AM
