Rachelle Lefevre Talks About Robert Pattinson
From People.com :
They became overnight superstars after the success of the first Twilight movie, but Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson haven't let it go to their heads.
"When you go from being a relative unknown to being a success overnight, you definitely grow in leaps and bounds," says Rachelle LeFevre, who plays evil vampire Victoria in Twilight and the upcoming sequel New Moon. "The thing that was most striking for me was the way in which they didn't change."
"If you can weather the fire and come out on the other side and you're still recognizable to everybody who knew you before, I think that's indicative of a larger grace," the French-Canadian actress, 30, said at the Entertainment Weekly and Women In Film pre-Emmy party in L.A. on Sept. 15.
LeFevre herself has weathered the fire after being replaced in the saga's third film, Eclipse, by actress Bryce Dallas Howard.
"I was devastated and I was shocked," she says. "But the truth is I am grateful for the Twilight franchise. I'm grateful for the doors that it opened to me. I love my cast. And I think New Moon is going to be great."

Co-Stars Kendrick and Huston Talk About "Robert Pattinson Level" of Fame
First Anna Kendrick talks to MTV.com:
As the "Twilight" film franchise has shifted from under-the-radar property to out-of-this-world media and entertainment spectacle, actress Anna Kendrick has quietly continued to play the small role of Jessica Stanley, one of Bella Swan's high school classmates. The 24-year-old has had a front-row seat as co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have become paparazzi targets whose every sneeze becomes tabloid-news fodder. After seeing what those two have endured, Kendrick is thankful for the relative obscurity of her part in the vampire saga.
"I would have gone insane at this point!" she told MTV News while promoting the George Clooney comedy "Up in the Air" at the Toronto International Film Festival. "They're so levelheaded. They've handled it so gracefully."
With "New Moon" set for a November release and "Eclipse" currently filming in Vancouver, the entire cast has had to contend with the increased media attention. "Thank God that people exist who know how to handle that," Kendrick said, speaking about the "Eclipse" shoot. "The production has managed to keep out a lot of onlookers. You know that they're there. That kind of does affect the way you feel, but it's one of those things — you just get over it. If there are a ton of background actors in scenes, it's the same thing. You just have to tune it out."
And Jack Huston talks to STV:R
Jack Huston has said he doesn’t expect to receive the same crazy amount of attention his co-star Robert Pattinson (pictured) does.
Huston appears in the third movie in the Twilight series, Eclipse, and plays the part of Royce King II, a human who lived during the Great Depression and was engaged to Rosalie (Nikki Reed).
And the actor thinks that he won’t be hounded by fans in the same way as Pattison because his character is “kind of a nasty guy”.
He told E! News: "I don't think I will (get the same attention) because of my part. I'm actually kind of a nasty guy. I'm her fiancé who ends up basically trying to rape her. It's rather horrible."
The actor, who was just recently cast in the part, has only met one cast member so far – his fiancée in the movie, Nikki Reed.
Speaking about his co-star, he said: "She's actually a real sweetie and the very first day she made me feel very welcome. We were away from the madness which is, I think, Robert and Kristen (Stewart).
"I think they have hundreds of incessant fans following them, which, fair enough. We were quite lucky. We were in the park, beautiful, and it was fun... It's a great film to be a part of. This is a small part, but a relevant part in the movie. I think it'll be cool. Hopefully."
New Moon Tickets Already Selling Out
Reuters is reporting that New Moon tickets are already selling out at some locations! It's MADNESS, madness I tell ya!
Here is a link to Fandango where you'll get to buy advanced New Moon tickets and support ROBsessed at the same time. It's a win win :))
From Reuters:
By Carl DiOrio
LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - This "New Moon" is rising early.
Advanced tickets sales for Summit Entertainment's sequel vampire romance "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" are going so well that online ticket vendors are reporting sellouts of the earliest showtimes at many locations. Nine weeks before the film's November 20 release, MovieTickets is reporting more than a dozen "New Moon" performances as complete sellouts.
A Fandango spokesman said "New Moon" represents 57 percent of its recent ticket sales, with sellouts at some locations. By comparison, the coming weekend's anticipated No. 1 picture -- Sony's 3D animated feature "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" -- is the next most popular choice of purchasers at 9 percent of all Fandango sales.
This week MovieTickets asked visitors to its Web site which holiday release they are most anticipating. 3D sci-fi action feature "Avatar" was the choice of 67 percent of respondents. The film unspools on December 18 but also has been selling advance tickets to its earliest showings. Thirty-three percent of respondents said they are most looking forward to "New Moon."
Gozde: Buy your tickets and be there for Robert Pattinson's "Big Opening" ;)
Robert Pattinson Caught in The Act - We have the Picture
• Taking a break from the Twilight set recently Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart did a little vintage shopping together at Retro Rock Vintage Clothing in Vancouver. The two checked out T-shirts, pants and jackets and took their time in the store. Fellow shoppers recognized the stars and asked for a photo, according to the shopkeeper, and they happily obliged.
Well, I believe we posted the picture on Sep 9th:
Caught in the act? We wish! :)
Thanks to RPSource for the picture and thanks to Megstar13 for identifying the location.
P.S.: We started blocking fans' faces in the pictures for privacy. The photo also shows Bobby Long waiting outside the shop :)

How to Be director gives insight into Robert Pattinson and his character
I had the incredible opportunity to query Mr. Irving as to Rob, his character, along with a plethora of interesting tidbits behind the scenes of How To Be:
What was the inspiration behind the plot of How to Be? Was it based upon factual events in your life?
I was inspired by observations of the people around me at that time. Lots of peers were a bit lost after leaving university – also an interest in self-help books. I thought what a funny combination – young English guys in existential crisis together with this kind of American self help culture.
How was Robert Pattinson chosen for the role of Art? Did his musical ability play a role in his casting?
We found him after a year and a half’s worth of casting calls. He just seemed the right person for the job. He was interesting to look at – but down to earth enough to play the part. He really seemed to “get it” – he knew people like the characters in the script, and understood the main character ‘ART’. Not having gone through drama school, Rob’s acting and response to direction fit in well with other main cast members who were not trained actors either. Rob actually underplayed his musical ability in the auditions, as he knew the character was meant to be rough around the edges when it comes to musical ability – but it actually was invaluable in the end that he understood the music references and had the technical ability to pull off what we were asking from him.
How much of the film tour’s success do you attribute to Pattinson?
A massive amount – he brought a huge audience to our film which is all you can ask of a lead star. I think also the amount of festivals we had played up until that point and the strength of support from our fans really made it all possible.
Describe Robert Pattinson’s look in How to Be- was it difficult to play down his striking features? Was the choice of hairstyle and clothing planned before his casting or customized to fit him?
Yeah, it was funny, the Twilight team had a very different agenda – whilst they were looking for the most perfect styling and angles to make Rob look awesome, we put him in the most ill-fitting, awkward clothes, and almost sought out the most unflattering angles. All the costumes where customized to fit him – we also asked him to bring in clothes of his own which we could mix into his wardrobe – we wanted the clothes to feel like his own and look comfortable on him. He remarked afterwards in a Q&A that half the clothes he wore in the film were his already and half the clothes he kept to wear afterwards. His hairstyle was the result of me asking him not to cut his hair until the shoot to see what we came up with – and that was it – perfect!
Were you familiar with Rob, or had you heard of him before he was cast?
No – he told me he was in a Harry Potter movie but made it seem like a small part. After the first audition I was sure he could be good, so checked him out online and realized he had a huge fan base already. Another call back or two to doubly make sure we had our man, and we were set.
Mr. Irving has another project on his plate- a second feature film called Life Is Just a Game. Starring How to Be actors Mike Pearce (Nikki in HTB), Johnny White (Ronny in HTB) and How To Be score composer Joe Hastings, Life Is Just A Game began filming in August in London and New York.
Says Irving,
” It will be great getting those guys together again and Joe is going to compose the score again – as well as play an old Irish-American cop from the 70’s complete with old man prosthetics. It is designed as a kind of pilot for an off the wall TV show which we are going to initially release as online videos to see how much interest we get.”
