Rob out and about in LA - sounds like this picture was taken today. White v-neck t-shirts should come with a hot damn warning...
"Today we had somebody really special that came in the store, Robert Pattinson. Rob bought a 1962 ES335 and a Rare Dobro 30's Double Cyclops. Thanks Rob for your support and you are always welcome at Norman's Rare Guitars."

Ohhhh do I have visions of Rob playing a guitar...
Sigh....
Oh, fuck me. He's got a scar. HELLO. *faint*
OK, not a scar, but like it. Crack that whip bitch.
fuck, fuck, fuckity, fuck, fuck.
Don't do this to ME.
Now why would Rob be out buying himself expensive, really nice guitars if Kristen just bought him a really awesome one for his b'day?...I mean, that's what all the gossip rags are saying, right? I would think if he just got a new one for his b'day he'd be too busy with that to go out and buy 2 new ones. Lol
Joelle, the gossip rags have no idea what Kristen got Rob for his birthday. It sounds like our boy likes vintage and rare items. Good for him.
OK, it's not a mark, it's just the lighting. That's all it is. What am I thinking? Going back down to bitchy threads now.
Isn't Sam Bradley showing up there soon? Perhaps Rob wants a few good pieces to work and play with his friends? And wouldn't it be grand if he would play along with him for a bit?
hi girls Im new here please defend Rob on just jared comments are saying that is gay and Tom boyfriend is not appropriate to say that in these pages and that is starting his career
He looks SO FREAKING GOOD! Rob, please always wear shirts like that. Does he look more muscular to anyone else?
And Joelle. Lol. As if the tabloids have any clue what Kristen bought Rob. I hate when they presume to know the details of their relationship. She got to spend her birthday in Budapest with him so I hope he got something fabulous from her for his.
We know he loves guitars as gifts though, because Kristen mentioned in a Twilight video interview that for her 18th birthday Rob bought her a Gibson guitar. Lucky girl.
And did i mention how hot Rob looks here? So hot!
Good morning babe.You're looking good.
Why why so beautiful Rob?
FILTM
did he shave his chest hair?! I don't see it...
as much as i like seeing new pics of him...he looks really unhappy about getting his picture taken. :(
Is it me or does Rob look more BUFF lately? *drools*
As for Rob's taste in guitars...he should hook up with Richie Sambora from Bon Jovi, he is a really avid rare guitarcollector and has contacts all over the place for finding them lol. They got that in common..rare guitars hehe.
But man he looks def more buff lately..he must be working out..
yup..he looks more buff in that pic..but i think its because the v-neck tshirt that he's wearing..
OMG he does look buff! Do I see mancleavage?
T
H
U
D
I want this white t-shirt Rob but with your smell ohh pls dying in here
I love that his only reported extravagances are guitars. I find that really endearing.
Oh and I love him in a v-neck - prefer black but I'm not complaining...
oh my, someone has been working out!
sooo buff ;)
Hot damn :OOOOO
Hahaha, I lost my coherent thoughts LOL xD
It's great that he's getting on with his music while he's making WFE just like he did when he was making Bel Ami. Phillip Glenister (M Forestier) said he was sooo talented. Heard he was learning a new stringed instrument a few months back - not sure what it is.
The photo is not clear enough to make out details but it's the same shop that he signed the auctioned guitar in December (hasn't time flown!). He's got the same cap on too.
http://www.robsessedpattinson.com/2009/12/robert-pattinson-at-normans-rare.html
@fifty rather black too but like it no complaining too still want this t-shirt
OMG the ES 335 is an f*ing beautiful guitar!!!!!!!
Oh HOT DAMN!
No one else can make a plain v-neck t-shirt look so f-ing sexy.
@martini I think you are the only one who sees the guitar LOL
Wow - what's the temperature out there - so rare to see him out and about without the 3 layers!
@TotallyRobbed - It's been almost 80 degrees this past week. We are going in for a cold spell, 60 degrees, for LA, it's time to break out the overcoat. It's only going to get hotter out here, so hopefully expect to see more t-shirts. ;D
I don't know if we will survive that. Still recovering from this pic.
@hearth-rob wooww 80 how it feels??
The Dobro 30's Double Cyclops is beautiful too, just googled it.
He must really miss his open mikes for someone surrounded by musician friends it must be so tough on him.
but joelle, how do you kristen bought him a guitar and this we see, and he likes music and guitars also those are very rare so now he has like about 5guitars because he mentioned another rare one earlier on when he was in london,he will sure need space to put his guitars and when the brit pack gather it will be a real jam dowm and even kristen can join in that's one thing about having a girl that has the same intrest in certain things as you do,sweet. sorry about the spelling
HeartthePretty -
Great - so we might see a tanned Rob soon - he did look a very healthy colour in the WFE set pics.
It's good that the layers are coming off - he said he wore layers for protection so looks like he's feeling more secure these days.
The area where he is filming WFE tends to get rather toasty so bring on Tanned Rob.
Everybody loves Robert! :)
He's got pecks... @_@
*sigh* Rob = hot!! Lucky damn employees at Norman's!!!
I'm trying to stay nice..but that idiot up front with the mutt on the chain is cracking me up. Yes, I know, it's a cute doggy..but it's still a mutt..and he's got a chain on it like it's pedigree..LMAO dude..it's a chow.
I am a sucker for beautiful guitars. The ES
335 is an example of said. You all know me enough, did I have to say anything?
Rob might be starting a rare guitar collection and presumed that he knows which one to get that would increase in value in later years or just for sheer love of his music.
If he can play with them, the better. Others collect vintage cars, he likes to collect rare & good quality guitars. Good on Him !!!
He would need space to store them~that would be an ongoing problem for any avid collector.
Cheers Rob !!!
@martini you dont have to say we know you =))
If he's learning to play violin, I won't be surprised if he'll get a Stradevarius? in the future. One of the rarest violin around.
I'm trying to comprehend his future collection........LOL
Oh how I love this man! 1962 ES 335 = WIN!!! I love my vintage, and I saw the next one along, the 1963 version and it just conjures up images of The Searchers - get Rob in a suit singing 'Needles and Pins'!!! lol
That's what I was wondering, tedgirl.. where does the man store his growing collection of ah-mazing guitars? At home, in London, or perhaps at a friend's house? The man really needs to get himself a more-or-less permanent home.. unless he likes his current nomad lifestyle, of course.. which I would probably enjoy as well.

The 1962 ES-335 guitar is a really nice guitar and it gives a really great sound! Many old musicians used this guitar to make their solos and great riffs! Oh, how I would love to see Robert playing guitar... I'm kind of wishing he stops making films so that he can go on a tour or something, just so more people can watch him perform. =)
OFF TOPIC A BIT...
A few months ago I read that Rob was trying to quit smoking. I haven't heard anything about that since. Does anyone know how thats going for him?
He does look more defined and toned. Haven't seen many pics of him leaving bars drunk (lol) and smoking ... Appears Robs living the healthy life.
He does look more chesty, yummm...I dunno, maybe all the work with the animals?
Naile, welcome to our Happy Place. You'll find that almost everyone here comes here for one reason and that's to get their Rob fix. As for other sites, I suggest you stop visiting them if you don't want to be upset. Reasoning with the vipers out there is useless. The ladies that run this blog are lovely and work hard to keep it an open arena for comments.
Spunky, as for the smoking, he did mention about chewing Nicorette gum on the plane, but I don't know if it was because he's trying to quit or he just needed it for the flight. That said, I haven't seen any photos of him smoking since the early trailer photos of Bel Ami (you know, the cute one where he was with the dog?). I hope he's trying to quit.
Good morning Mr. P! Looking handsome and buff this morning!
Also if he needs a place to store his guitars I would be more than happy to watch over the collection and store them. You can come visit them here any time you want;)
@jlsentangledweb (interesting name)
I heard something but I was not sure about it I think he was talking abut this but couldnt remember clearly
he is looking very sexy in the white v neck.....i am loving the new muscles on him
Gulp!.... Rob could look good dressed in a binbag but, oh he looks sooo hot in that white V neck. Headed into non-function mode now!........ swoon.
I wonder how, with his long fingers, Rob can work out the ES335. And would LOVE to hear the sound from the Dobro!
I wonder if playing a role set in the 30s inspired him to look for what sounds were made at that time. And now I am wondering if his startng to play the violin during BelAmi was just a whim, or if creating music in the era in which his character lives, helps him with the role, get into the lifetime and life of the person portrayed, the soul of the character, as music is the language of the soul.
I too was wondering where Rob would store these expensive items, surely not in a hotel? And Rob's going to be in the US or Canada for most of the year. Who knows where he's staying in the LA area anyway - it's great that no one has figured it out.
naile, forget about Jared, Ted's board, and the other awful sites. People make up stuff about Rob all the time.
@solas
I wonder how, with his long fingers, Rob can work out the ES335. And would LOVE to hear the sound from the Dobro!
agree with you girl those skilled fingers are killing me
I hope he has found a safe place somewhere where he can shut out the rest of the world, even its sounds, so he can create his own music, and have walls upon which to hang his hats and his guitars.
hello ladies, naile i get it to from the ladies and those dreadful threadsw so i took there advice and i have not entered on anything writing crap about it feels so much better,so naile take their advice, now rob i myself notice he is looking a bit buff and if he did quit he will put on weight....even if rob hanging around a smoker he will not pick it up again not even if his friends are smokers he can stay true to himself if he so desires and totally he will need space to store his valuable guitars And,i think rob took advice from daniel radcliffe and rob is dealing in guitars and daniel buys seems paintings, however i do not think rob will make the US his home permanent he has to much freedom in the UK, I THINK in order for rob to make the US his home it will have to be something important to him because he seems to be pretty headstrong
robflrp-- that particular guitar type had a particularly thin neck. I guess if his fingers are muscular/strong enough, the narrowness would not matter; am not sure. When I sang in a bad in the early 70s (did not play guitar, just the tambourine), my (then) best friend had long fingers, and thinner neck guitars kind of left his fingers in what seemed more awkward positions. He also had a few guitars. When I performed on my own with guitar and voice, I had just one guitar; i am not a real guitar musician at all; just used it as accompaniment. I wonder how many real guitar musicians have more than one guitar, especially if they want different sounds for different songs.
@Spunky,
Wish for his own sake, he should quit smoking. I knew first hand the damage smoking does to one's health.
The withdrawal symptom is the hardest part. Thru will power and determination Rob can do it. I think Solas? mentioned hypnotism as an alternative treatment.
For Rob to be successful in quitting, hope KStew would also
quit. it's harder to quit if the partner still smokes.
evangeline, I do hope Rob can get a place in the Uk (or Ireland, which is close to home but more peaceful and respectful). But since he spends a lot of time working in US or nearby for his work, perhaps it would make sense for himself to get a place there as well, rather than dragging around his guitars and books and clothing, etc, and rather than dealing with having to hide or take escape routes when in hotels. Don't you think it would be nice for himself to have a place to just come home to, relax, even if he is not there fulltime?
Tedgirl--i wish everyone on this planet (and other planets, too!) would quit smoking, but especially Rob and Kristen. they are so beautiful, so talented, and so young; i would hate to see that ruined, and smoking, more than just about anything anyone can do to himself, (except maybe drugs, I think) ruins people's health, beauty, voices, lives, G-d forbid.
In California, Kristen is not of legal drinking age so it would be more challenging for her and Rob to go out to a club or bar - so maybe he won't be out as much as he would be if he was single.
I keep hoping they have quit the cigarettes. No pics since Bel Ami for Rob, but in some pic recently, it looked like Rob had a pack in his front pocket (not thin like a cell phone - but like a cig pack). Also the Laguna Nigel - Ritz Carlton (Rob's birthday weekend) gossip on the street says Kristen dropped her pack of cigs - so I figure if she is smoking he probably is.
Don't mean to be judgemental or moralizing - just care about them.
Solas, Hi
Just curious, how did you get by then when you were singing ~ weren't the audience smoking all around you? LOL
At least nowadays, smoking is ban in restaurants and other venues.
The 1962 ES335 is beautiful! $25,000-$32,000 beautiful!!!! I love the sound of the Dobro myself. He needs a Weissenborn lap guitar, a papoose and a banjo. These will fit nicely in his collection!
@solas well I am not a real musician too but I have guitarist friends and as I saw from them I think that he can play it good with those fingers cuz he is playing piano too so his fingers should be enough for it in my opinion
tedgirl--yes--the smoking in the coffeehouses was terrible for me; secondhand smoke really affected me badly.
robfilrp--could very well be. Rob certainly has the hands of an artist, a musician. Just thinking about fingers across he frets, I was wondering if it would be hard for such long fingers in a narrow space.
Gah! All of this Rob/guitar talk makes me wish he would make an album or even a mixtape! Rappers do it all the time Rob!!!
Hi girls, I am newly Robsessed (it happened about 2 months ago when I came across the Vanity Fair photos...yum, yum). I am so happy to have found your blog. You have the best and most current info!
My husband and friends think I am nuts! I haven't felt this way since I fell in love with John Taylor from Duran Duran in 1985. I'm a sucker for a man with a British accent and a guitar. I'm feeling a little stalker-ish, but is there really anything wrong with obsessing about a man who is 17 years younger than me?
LOL
@cindy don't worry girl this is so normal, relax and have fun.
@solas I see what you mean but I think those fingers can handle with this ;)
Nice picture of Robert out and about yesterday. And Joelle lol good point, all I have to say is never believe gossip rags and rumors.
So Robert bought two rare guitars? Him being musically inclined, playing the guitar, just adds to his sexiness! I hope he'll also be successful in learning to play the violin as well, as I think that the violin has one of the most beautiful sounds amongst all the instruments.
I wish I could play the violin! But aside from playing a bit of piano "out of practice now", no violin for me! *wails, lol*
Spunky I hope you are right, that Robert is trying to quite smoking, it's much healthier, etc. So if Robert is indeed quiting then I wish his the BEST. So hopefully what you heard Spunky is true, and it would make him even sexier!
Oh and last but not least, has anyone noticed that Robert seems to have a big scar on his shoulder? What happened? Oh and he does look more built in this picture, look at his chest and arms, yummy.
What a cool store - love the guitar necks on the wall. He got a dobro huh? Sounds like he is venturing out into a different style of music.
I'm glad he's still practicing when he can and creating..........maybe we'll get that CD of his one day .......but the music VIDEOS would be the absolute BEST. To see his passion when he sings, and feel his emotion and torment oozing from his voice and body ...............now THAT would be a Robgasm for sure.
Joelle - for guys who like music and guitars.........they want to have a whole lot of them.......like a whole wall of guitars........it's kinda like how we like shoes, it makes us feel sexy. Men who are into guitars love them more than anything............and get obsessed over having a LOT of them.
I'm glad he's getting more into his music........might mean something good for us one day. I hope.
Totally Robbed..........it was the VIOLIN.
The ES 335 is a nice Gibson guitar -
take a look:
http://www.gibson.com/_microsite/electricspanish/335.html?s_kwcid=es335%20guitar|2991120624&gclid=CKOy7cPj6KECFRMNDQodJGRyJg
...@Cindy welcome love, this is the best place to be! We all love Rob dearly. :-)
Really? So now Robert is obsessed with guitars? We don't see pictures of him going to guitar shops every week or even every month, or anything like that. All I see is a man who probably really likes the guitar, and he seems to be interested in two types of rare guitars. That hardly indicates that he's obsessed with guitars- meaning having this huge big collection/spending all his money on them- please lol.
hey everyone!! just saying hello
i was soooo busy this weekend (but not working, going out, i've arrived home this morning at 9 am from the disco ajajaj)
i haven't read all of your comments, sorry, but i've read something about Kris not drinking because she's under 21. JUST A THOUGHT, why could she have some kind of weapon/firearme (don't know the word) but she can't drink a beer??????????????????? there are things i can't understand
Another question, why you can drive at 16 but you can't drink till 21???? Cars can be SOOOO dangerous, more than me drunk, i swear ;)
@cindy. Hi cindy, wlcome to the obsession. 17 years older......I am 21 years older and suspect by no means the only one. But beware, Rob is VERY addictive in a life changing, knocked down by a steam train sort of way,so hold on to your hat and enjoy it!
Thanks everyone for the response. My mom and dad smoke each for 50+ years. They don"t have smoking related issues, but I know thats rare and it can develop. 5 kids and only my brother got the habit...As far as Rob and Kristen I hope they both quit soon.
@es-ress waves hi honey replied your mail check it out
It sounds like it's just me, but I have a problem with these people doing business with Rob (or anybody else for that matter) & then sending the details out on Twitter. With all the privacy laws there are to protect consumers, you shouldn't have to worry about some idiot store broadcasting your private transactions to everyone.
I don't know if it's the lighting, or if there is a mark of some sort from his left collar bone across his chest, looks like a scratch maybe...wish I could kiss it and make all better!!!
AngelWings.............why the hostility??????
I was making a general statement about guys I've known in the music business who love guitars and obsess over them and I've seen a lot of them.
I'm not saying Rob is......I have no idea.......but I've seen lots of guys who play guitar really get into it and want to have a lot of them.
Chill!!!! jeez.
I think ya'll are right about the scratch across his left shoulder.
Rob seems to be accident prone doesn't he? He had that brace on his ankle a few days ago and the scratch and getting hurt on Twilight the first day and I'm sure there is a lot more.
Of course he's doing a lot of action shots in these movies so injury can be expected I guess, but hell..........he's Robert Fucking Pattinson.....why aren't they protecting his cute ass??????
@Est so down with you on the drinking part.
femroc, yes, I agree. My SIL used to be in a rock band before he grew up and became a lawyer. He has a wall of guitars in his "man cave" and seems to always be looking for new ones. He doesn't go shopping for a new one every week or month he just gets a new one every once and awhile. He has these neat little things that attach to the wall to hold them up. You can get a LOT of guitars on a wall.
Rob enjoy your guitars, you earned it. Hope you consider making a CD with guitar and voice.
Fuck, it's a mark....
*biting fingers*
marna--since he posed for the photo, and they didnt just use a photo of himself from the securty cameras, it might be safe to say he was OK with this.
Fem-I knew a lot of guys who had a few guitars as well, and were always looking longingly at others BTW--am in the only female here who is not into shoes, collecting them, buying them, etc? (I am the book lady--have 14 tall bookcases worth of books; wallet is not safe with me near a bookstore; amazon is burned into my browser. :D)
AP--yes, she does appear to have tiny hands.
Poor Rob: He gets to go out in public and act normal so rarely... then, when he buys something everyone is in on it. I'm in agreement with the post that it is way wrong for a business to take photos and then post them online. But, he knows these guys and this will help them get more high level customers spending lots of cash,,, so maybe he agreed that he's be in the photo for them and it's ok to post it. Who knows?
As to being obsessed by buying guitars... he has so little, (that we know of) in the way of possessions and now he's got a few guitars,,, big deal, he makes a lot of money and wears the same pair of shoes, same hat, same backpack, same few pairs of jeans, same shirts, same jackets everywhere for years. He has a driver driving him around; he stays, for a lot of time in hotels.
And, he's a musician and musicians love to look at, play with and purchase things too...in the future, he'll no doubt buy a great piano, or two, and maybe make a room in his house, just for music, even recording, if he wants to.
For me, it's books, films and shoes but I don't buy them everyday. But, here I am again,,, so, are are all obsessed here?
Yeah.
Thanks for posting picture. I hope the fact that Rob has been seen carrying, and buying guitars means that he is writing songs, and hopefully will translate to us getting to hear something from him soon.
Has anyone seen NIkola lately? I haven't seen her postings since Tuesday; have any of you?
@solas
Nik left you message in other thread (she answeres your question about actress or smth like that)
Solas, I'm OK with them posting the picture, it's obvious he posed for it. I have a problem with them posting what he bought, that's nobody's business.
Nik is stayed away from the blog since sometime since she was frustrated with the photos posted of the WFE, hope she feels comfortable to comment again.
(I think that is reason- could be wrong)Hope the kid is better!
Hi girls, I'm new to this, I was having such a laugh reading all your comments I had to make an account. I became totally Robsessed at xmas when I finally got the computer to myself. Cindy you are not alone I am 18 years older than Rob and back in the day I was totally obsessed with Simon le Bon!! It doesn't matter what age you are the feelings are still the same.
I have to say this pic of Rob is yum yum, he is definitely looking more... developed, what I wouldn't give to be that t-shirt hugging that chest - oh my! Is that an injury on his chest? If it is I'm free to put on some soothing balm.. lol

Solas -
Nikola left a lot of really interesting posts 2 or 3 days back and was looking for you or someone to direct you to them.
I think they were: HQ Pics Of RP on WFE set and HD screencaps of Edward.
Robert doesn't smoke amymore??? OK, he's outa my league..LMAO
How bout them Redskins???
*blows air out*
*not paying attention to the uber-hot pic*
Swear to God
maybe he was scratched by Kstew?!?!
Looks soo yummy.
Everybody has their weknesses.
His music and books as it apers.
And thats all kinds of great.
Books are fun (I should know:D) Music heals the soul.
All that jazz and totallyrobbed, thanks for the breadcrumbs leading me to Nik's answer on the 5-20 thread of WFE photos (thread now has 191 posts!)I responded to her there, commented on a few other things in that thread. Sometimes I feel like i have jetlag of the robsessed site!
Solas, I have absolutely zero love for shopping, shoes, purses, and jewelry...probably why I liked Bella so much (come to think of it, Rob, too). I buy when I have to, usually whatever I get to first or whatever my husband picks out; if it makes him happy, why not? 'Cause I really don't care. The only thing I seem to splurge on these days are books and Rob and stuff for my students. As for favorite authors, I really just like picking random books and reading them to see if I like them. For the last five years I seem to be in a non-fiction phase. The Twilight books have been my only fictional foray in that time. So, any recommendations? I'll read anything.
And that scratch on his chest? I really hope that it was Rob's accident-proned ways that did it. I hate to think that the animals were getting out of hand. I know that that helicopter from several days ago was pretty high up there, but don't horses still sense them?
I'm sure when Rob agreed to pose with these people for a picture that he knew it would be on the internet. Still, he should be able to go places without being constantly twittered about or photographed.
Regarding smoking, I quit 13 years ago. As a nurse I see an awful lot of smoking-related illness. I hope and pray Rob has quit or he will soon.
@solas, yes Nik was looking for you, but things happen so quickly here and once thread is dead unless you check the box to have them emailed (not all get this option I believe) no one will see your comment. I tried to explain how this works for Nik but don't think she has this option. I've even responded to you and it was too late. If you sign up for Google account, you get this option, because that's how you come into the site via your Google account as long as you stay signed into it (it's the internet page that comes up). I don't even know how I figured this out, took a while, but I can't be the only one!
@Jlsent, do you have any recommendations for NF books? I'm stuck in Sookie Stackhouse books and BDB series. Previously, I read a lot and do like a good NF tale.
JLS--another booklady!?! How wonderful!! :-D I also mostly read nonfiction (religion, religious texts, history, psychology, education, political science) these days; the fiction I read is most often what my girls are reading, so that I can discuss with them. SO I just read the whole Percy Jackson series. ;-) Now the 12 year old wants me to read the Hunger Games and its sequels; she says it is even better than Harry Potter which I find hard to believe, but I will read it soon. Other than that, I might read something literary that caught my interest in a book review, unless it is sexually graphic or full of violent ideas or words (all of which I avoid), but my most favourites are usually common era 18th century to early 20th literature.
wow lallie--thanks--i never knew that--i have to see now if i have that box to check!
ahh, now I see it-- do I check that box each time i comment, or is it a one time forever deal?
@Belladonna, ITA. Haven't forgotten about you or ignoring. Will get back soon. Would be nice if he finally has a HOUSE, permanent residence, someday instead of living out of suitcases and boxes!
@Cindy, 17 yrs? Hah, I only wish! You're in the right place here.
@Marna, thought the same thing, but as always, he's such a good sport and was willing to support their business. Good point, however, about what he purchased and if that should have been made public. I dunno.
@solas, each time you comment on a thread. Will only send the comments on THAT thread you have just commented on, you will not be sent anything from any others, unless you comment and check that box.
Good to see him getting into the Steel, can't wait to hear the sounds!
*staring at rob and laughing at the dude in the front rocking on* You know he's gonnna get lots of numbers now....I just read a few comments and those who are regulers know that Rob loves rare guitars- *he DOES carry them around* .ROb probably threw this pic out for us (Bless ya baby) you knew we needed a "hit" and if he IS quitting smoking -YIPPEEEE!! I want him to preserve his fine frame for years to come. My theory on the scratch I think that was the guitar straps maybe he was trying on and playing/strumming?? It cuts into the skin... .....suddenly I want to suck on his neck REAL bad ..and I hate hickeys-but this guy brings out the freak in me :)
@Lancy -- I don't think he looks annoyed. A little tired, maybe. He was probably on his way home from filming WFE, as Norman's is right off the freeway on the way back to L.A. where they're shooting. Norman's Rare Guitars is a legendary LA stop for musicians; everyone who is anyone in music WANTS to have their picture taken for Norman's wall and website.
Given Rob's original ambition to be a musician, I would think he'd be honored and happy to be on their wall with many of his musical heroes. Just my take on it. :)
justjared has some deeelish pics of rob in black v neck tee! he looks gorg and his jeans rock too! u know them, the ones with the buttons down the crotch (we all knw u noticed!) lol. actually everything looks good!u probably already saw these pics but for those who havent... enjoy staring!

First off I have to say Rob looks buff, second I dont mind if he poses for a picutre cause to me that means he was OK with it, I do hate when people (paps) invade the mans privacy.
@EST- to answer your question about drinking, teenagers brains in general have not fully developed add to that achohol which inpairs your judgment and you have a disater on your hands. on top of teenagers in america are some of the worst drivers out there especially with texting if they were legally allowed to drink I am sure there would be many more fatalities out there on our roads. I have no clue who came up with the age of 21 but IMO you are cosidered an adult and able to have better judgement
Oh, shut the f^ck up. We're looking at Robert's scratch, or welp, whatever it is. :)
YES YES YES BRET IS HIRED..F^CK YEA.

Ummmmm...

I wouldn't use their quote for your precious Redskins then.

Don't you all think that Rob's guitars are all in Kris's house? - she's got one in LA and obviously has a gym that Rob's been working out in, looking at the improved abs. Hot!
Lallieb, I just finished reading Alfred Lansing's Endurance: Shackleton's Incredible Voyage. For a NF, it's an almost elegant, poetic read. No, that's not quite right. It's hard to describe. It's about Ernest Shackleton's attempt to transverse the then uncharted Antarctic. His boat was crushed in ice floes. He and his crew crossed the packed ice looking for food, warmth, and a way out. They walked on foot for almost a year. Having to leave most of his men behind because of injuries and the sheer hardship of fighting through the wind and cold, he and two of his men trudged into a fishing outpost. Shackleton immediately formed a rescue team, turned around, and went to get his men.
Lansing writes in a way that gets you locked into the deck while the ice slowly crumples into the steel plates of the hull. He makes your heart pound along with the feet of sailors sliding and flailing in the dark through broken foot rails, dragging supplies and terrified sled dogs. He makes your fists clench along with the men as they fight down their instinct to lash out in furious mutiny. For a non fictional read, it was a damn good story.
As for others, I mostly read historical accounts of people and towns, rulers and empires, animals and habitats. I like reading about human anatomy and physiology, criminal psychology, and forensic anthropology. I read anything, really, just so long as it holds my fascination... Which is why I held out on Twilight for so long. I mean, my students tried for two years to get me to read the book about the vampire and the human love story. Other teachers used this a springboard for lots of activities that I've gotta tell you, led to an increase in reading at my school. That was no small feat. Any teacher will tell you that. Many children today are into instant gratification. If they can watch it or hear someone else read it, why read it themselves? Since I dragged my sorry ass onto the Twilight phenomenon, I have been able to teach my kids quicker and easier than I had with Anne Frank or Jason and the Golden Fleece.
Anyhow, that's it for me tonight. I have back to back field trips to water parks for the next two days and my girl is graduating on Wednesday. So, I'll sneak here as much as possible. Knowing Kate, Kat, and Goz, I'm gonna have to play catch up with tons of Rob...yumm!
