Yesterday (Wednesday) at 2pm, Robert Pattinson popped in to Norm’s Rare Guitars in Tarzana by himself, no security, driving an inconspicuous vehicle, the staff seemed to be familiar with him, and they watched the door closely for cameras (none showed), and the few girls who were around naturally were foaming at the panties. He was very low key, he appeared healthy and well rested, and seemed quite specific about what he wanted, and relieved that he was able to shop undisturbed.

I'm not trying to flame you specifically, but I'm unsettled by this trend of fans projecting their assumptions about how he feels about everything (paps, fans, Kristen)...which we really know nothing about...onto every picture we get of him.
It just takes the fun out of being a fan. And that's what this is supposed to be. FUN. Love your site Gozde.

This photo was probably not taken yesterday... That guitar is for sale on eBay to raise money for a charity. However, it does make sense that he was in the store yesterday perhaps buying a gift for Shannon's birthday??(see story below on the blog) Apparently she sings as well... Just speculating... :-) On another note: check out the trailer for The Runaways... and listen very closely to the closing voice over - I could swear it was Rob... KITTYKAT.....the voice sounds like and probably belongs to Michael Shannon who is also in the movie, but hey, I hear Rob in my sleep so it's no surprise you thought it was him....lol
BTW, the guitar looks like it is already signed so probably not taken yesterday....but who cares, he's out and about and looking good, if I could just see him play the guitar and sing once I think I could die happy.......
@ADM - listen closely to the very end voice that says - "the Runaways have the most chance I've ever seen to tear this world apart..." If you watch Rob's Remember Me trailer he's using the same sort of voice and tone. Maybe I am wrong, but I actually think he may have recorded this, maybe at Joan's request... ?? Just my opinion... :-)

d67, ADM - okay, after listening to an interview with Michael Shannon, it could be him... LOL And he is playing the part of Kim Fowley in the Runaways, so that "line" sounds like something he'd say in the film.... Perhaps I am a little Robsessed and everyone is beginning to sound like Rob, LOL!
Also, nice to know he is out and about and enjoying his holiday...

sigh, nope! hubby would be super pissed, anyway. LOL
I like how he is comfortable enough in LA (the land of stratospheric insecurity) to go where he wants to without thought to how he looks, smiles, etc...He doesn't need to announce anything or cater to anyone. I hope my son will someday be as comfortable enough in his own skin and convictions as Rob is.
Rob looks good. This is uncontrived and natural, much like anyone elses' spur of the moment shots are. And as strange as it may seem, I think "good" Rob is better than any modeled pose he's ever done.
Jamie--1--what, exatly, do you mean by 'flame' in that posting?
2- I said, he didn't look happy, not that he WAS unhappy. I have no idea for sure. There are times you can see a relaxed eyeset, whether with smile or not, and that is a happy look. There are some smiling pictures where the eyes are not really happy, but stressed, and the smile seems put on, so that isn't happy-looking for real to me either.
To me, he looks tired and stressed.
And so sorry, but I am simply not a fun person. I am a fan; I appreciate this site and have learned much from it, but I am simply not fun.

But Rob did a great thing in signing that guitar and the money will go a long way in helping those in need. Congrats Rob. Good man and I'm proud of you.
